The view of the city is simply mesmerizing! The location is excellent, near downtown. Getting to the hotel is really easy, but parking is where things start to get rough. There are no clear indications where guests should park. We eventually got on a 5 floor parking and found out we were at the right place. Service is really lacking. Orders take forever to be delivered. We are a family of four (couple with 2 kids), the room had only two towels, and we had to ask 3 times for the lacking towels, along 2 hours, until we got them. Breakfast is ok. The room, although big, shows some age already.

New hotel with very large and nice rooms and friendly staff. The pool area on the 20. floor is great and has a great view to the city. The conferance area can host a large crowd, and the facilities are quite good. The breakfast is also pretty good. Apart from the slow internet in the rooms (annoying when at a conference), my main complaint is the temperature in the room. As it is winter in Brazil, the outside temperature is not that warm, especially at night. And the heating function on the AC does not seem to work in any of the rooms.

The hotel is located less than 200 meters from a shopping center. Good rooms with a lot space, really nice bathroom. The event area has 10 different separate ambients, great any type of event, or scientific meeting.

The hotel WiFi could be faster but at least it's free. The beds are kinda too firm and more variety of pillows. The room could use more lighting in different areas. The breakfast is not too bad.

Confortable and spotless rooms, excellent breakfast, but small swimming pool. Great location, close to a mall. It could have smarter elevators, cause it's kind of hard to get one in peak time If you are in a bottom floor.
