The staff at this hotel are top notch. They are always available to assist. The room was clean and comfortable. There was some construction noise at night but minor.

The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient access to Avenida Paulista and a nearby mart for essentials like water. Most of the staff, particularly the reception team, were welcoming and professional, making my two-week stay pleasant in that regard. However, the housekeeping service was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, I noticed a blinking fire or smoke detector on the ceiling, which had two sanitary pads stuck to it—presumably left by a previous guest. Shockingly, the cleaning staff had not removed them. Additionally, despite leaving a tip, my room's trash bin was not emptied. I had to visit the reception three times to request it, yet housekeeping never followed up. In the end, I had to take the trash down to the front desk myself. While the hotel's facilities and most of its staff were great, the lack of professionalism from the cleaning team leaves me hesitant to return. This is a basic expectation that should be addressed urgently.

Overall the experience was fine. Public areas reception, restaurant etc were very nice and staff were great - friendly and professional. Breakfast was above average with everything you would expect plus an omelette bar. Room was large and very clean but could perhaps do with updating - not as modern as public areas. Disappointing that during our 3 night stay the pool was closed for renovation and the rooftop bar was booked for a corporate function. If I had known that prior to check-in we may have looked for another hotel. Having said that the location is excellent.

Extremely Disappointing Experience - Unprofessional Staff and Poor Customer Service I’ve traveled extensively as a solo female traveler, but this was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I arrived late last night, just after midnight, following a long 40-minute trip from the airport. When I approached the reception to check in, I saw rooms available online, so I requested a room. However, the receptionist insisted that there were no rooms available and even suggested I go to another hotel down the street. I asked him to double-check, as the availability was clearly listed on booking sites, but he remained firm in his refusal, offering no real explanation. It felt like he was just unwilling to do his job. As a solo woman arriving at 1am in São Paulo, I found this response not only unhelpful but unsafe. I checked online again, and the same rooms were listed as available, so I showed him. At this point, he reluctantly checked me in—but not before cursing at me under his breath and acting visibly annoyed. When I finally got to my room, I was shocked to find it was a single, despite having clearly requested and paid for a double room at $170. I went back to the front desk to request the change, and his response was more rude behavior and cursing in Portuguese. He eventually gave me a new room, though his attitude didn’t improve. His colleague at the desk seemed completely indifferent to the situation. I am extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism and courtesy from the staff, especially in what is supposed to be a 4-star hotel. It’s very disheartening to experience such poor service, and I strongly suggest that the hotel invest in proper staff training.

I have stayed in this hotel 2 times but last time was a disaster. It was for a business trip and in the whole hotel internet is not working. In my first stay was not working neither but I thought it was temporary but this time I realised that its not working because the hotel is using possibly the cheapest connection and no maintenance at all. Hotel itself is quite old and rooms are quite old too, mold and stains everywhere. Room phone not working neither, not surprised though. When I asked for hotel manager, there was no manager because Sunday, manager only works Monday to Friday. Terrible experience and cancelled my stay in the middle.
