My husband and I stayed here for a month, and absolutely loved it. It’s very safe feeling, quiet, and comfortable. Fresh drinking water available (which is SO great) The rooms feel very clean (our shower had hot water!) and the staff are fabulous, being there for a month we interacted many times and they went out of their way several times to help us with things. We never did try the breakfast, but had lunch many times and loved it. (The tom yum is 10/10)

This budget hotel has a huge potential! The friendly owner knows it, and treats his guests personally with a great sense of service. The rooms are oriented to the lovely pool. Good breakfast and delicious cuisine at a ridiculously low price. Very close to the city centre. Warmly recommended!

This was a pretty good hotel for the money. Certainly not the cheapest option in Battambang, but a step above the more budget options and probably worth the extra money. The facilities were good, with the pool area being particularly nice. I really enjoyed the purified water station to refill your water bottle, which is far too rare in Cambodia. The front desk staff were friendly and spoke pretty good English. My room was really nice, and most importantly, super quiet as it was like a detached bungalow. Bed was comfy and towels/linens were clean and in good shape. The only negative with this place is that it is quite far removed from the main part of downtown Battambang. While that help with the nearby noise, it makes going out for dinner require a tuk tuk. Also they close and lock the exterior gate rather early, and although there is a staff member sleeping nearby who will begrudgingly wake up when you knock/ring, it is still quite inconvenient if you decide to go downtown for a few drinks. Still, I would recommend this place if you are looking for a quiet and comfortable place to sleep and are willing to spend a little more than budget accommodation prices.

Our shower had hot water for about 1 minute and then it was ice cold. The pool and lounge area was nice and breakfast was fine. I really would've liked hot water though. Taking a freezing shower is not very relaxing.

it is an older resort that could do with a bit more love. that being said, the rooms are comfortable, the aircon and the beer is cold, and the family slept very well. the staff are attentive, helpful and friendly. most of them speak English. breakfast buffet was a little 'thin' in selection but we were able to have a hot enjoyable breakfast. drinks and food off the menu were very tasty and extremely reasonable in price. I would not mind coming back here at all.
