My reservation did not come through. The staff has to create a new registration. In the process, he said I was getting the same rate as the Expedia. Upon the checkout this morning. I was charged to a higher rate. The final invoice had to re-adjusted.

We booked after a very disappointing hotel booking that we made on Expedia. The first motel should not be offered on Expedia as it was well below any travellers standards. This hotel is new, clean, bright and inviting. The staff polite and helpful. The room large, clean and new, a stocked kitchenette, a clean bright bathroom

Great place to stay! Very clean and very convenient. Love the coffee options in the lobby! Great place to stay if you’re planning on spending a few days as there is a full kitchen! Definitely would stay again.

This property is nice and new. The room layout is great, and the kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need to cook or make a quick snack. There’s even a coffee machine at the entrance. The bed is a bit too soft for my taste, but that’s just a matter of personal preference. Enjoyed the stay!

Almost new near all of the popular Collingwood amenities. We loved our spacious suite and appreciated the extra space for ski equipment and luggage.

Property was new, clean. The room was spacious and the front desk was very helpful. No complaints. Would stay again.

Booked for new years with a bunch of friends. Upon arrival, the front desk ladies were super nice and treated us all as you would expect. Hotel had two elevators, and wheelchair accessible. Getting to the room was the best part; full kitchen, smart tv, a chair with leg rest, a thermostat, two high chairs in the kitchen, plenty of storage space and most of all, a nice and clean washroom. Overall I would definitely recommend this over the blue mountain resort, it’s cheap, really nice and had no issues
