Okd bed box springs were littering a visible area of the property. Kind of unsightly

Perfectly comfortable, clean, and convenient location. Super friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Minor inconvenience: tv did not show many channels.

Room was large and clean. Comfortable beds. One TV remote was tricky to use (we used a remote on a smaller TV in the bedroom. Having breakfast room available was great!

there were ants all over my room and when I said something to the front desk they just blew it off. the room above me was very noisy and loud and kept me up all night long. when I mentioned it to the front desk all they said was we noted it.

It was hell I just came across with my online banking problem and my credit card was locked by the bank due to some scams and I was not allowed to enter in my room until I made a security deposit only with credit card I was not allowed to use my debit cards and other mode of transactions like cash deposit or online banking no, none of them was accepted and I had to call my friend in Vancouver and I got his credit card online and then I made a transaction that was very risky and regarding the credit card of my friend and it was very shame for me to ask friend for making any security deposit. It was eally bad experience in that hotel Days Inn. It was -4° pressure and I just feel means shivering when I just think about that night if I could not make that security deposit and did it mean that I had to stay out all night I just want to ask the employer of that days in order that is this really the thing that if someone just can lose credit card and he would not be able to have a night in even if he booked your hotel.

Room was clean and comfortable; location was convenient; staff were helpful; adjacent pub provided good eating option; Only downside was having to go outside to reach room (room door gave onto courtyard)

Staff was okay. I lost my grandmothers gold frog there in my room and they claimed they didn’t find it which I claim is nonsense such as I never went anywhere else with it and that’s the last place I was looking at it.

Breakfast: not for gluten-free person
