Hotel was great and we selected it to be near Dundas and Young st. We did not realize how grubby that area of Toronto was. The Eaton Center was nice though.

We travel a lot for leisure and traveled to Toronto to see a Toronto Raptors game. We arrived at 3:42, but our suite wasn't ready. Ryan, at the front desk, apologized for the delay and said the room would be ready by 4:30. To make up for the delay, he gave us 4 breakfast buffet vouchers. Our suite was spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel is in walking distance of restaurants, and Eaton Centre. The breakfast buffet was impressive, with healthy options such as fresh fruit, eggs, yourt, and favorites my kids like such as French toast, bacon and sausages. We had a late flight, so we left our bags with the front desk and retrieved them hours later. Huge thanks to Ryan for his kindness and professionalism! We have never stayed at a DoubleTree by Hilton before but I am glad we did. I highly recommend the hotel. You won't be disappointed. And, the warm cookies at check-in were a very nice touch!

My favourite downtown Toronto hotel stay, close to everything but feels out of the hub. Staff are excellent and pay close attention to detail. Close to taxis and subway or a short walk from Entertainment District.
