It was a decent stay. Staff were lovely, there was a bit of noise around the room due to it being by the elevator and the carpet needed some more cleaning but a nice stay nonetheless.

Front desk staff was very prompt and courteous upon our arrival. Room was clean and good temperature. Loved that they had a strict sports team behavior policy in place. There was a large group of young hockey players and absolutely no issues with evening disturbances. What great policy!!

We loved the staff whether it was front desk, bar/restaurant, or breakfast restaurant. The hotel is showing its age though. Either our backs or the hotel bed did not agree with each other so it put a cramp on our stay literally. Didn’t try the pool but did have an hour and a half zoom meeting on their guest wifi with only minimal noise. The biggest observation we had is that there were not enough disabled parking spaces especially compared to their elite or diamond club parking spots. The last shock we had was there was no microwave in a premium room. Great staff and hope the hotel itself gets some updates.

The hotel suited our needs. The lower level could have used extra cleaning. There were cobwebs and dead insects in the corner of the already low ceilings at the entrance of the Ramsey Suite exit doors. Ample parking. Dissapointed with on site restaurant for breakfast. The restaurant was empty, yet we had to make reservations for an hour later. Otherwise, beds were comfy and clean and the pool is well taken care of.
