Très bel endroit, relaxant avec le jardin intérieur où se situe la piscine, le spa et le sauna. On se sent un peu en milieu tropical malgré le froid extérieur. Un peu plus de variété au déjeuner serait un must. La nourriture est bonne mais pour des séjours de moyenne durée, ça devient répétitif!

I want to give this hotel a 5-star rating so bad! It had lots of character with a unique atrium with birds, a pool, a large hot tub and a sauna. Parking was convenient. It was clean, staff was super friendly, breakfast was good. Room was handy with a mini fridge, microwave and a balcony. The only negative (and it’s a huge one) was the bed was awful.

I like this place. It has character. The room has a balcony overlooking an atrium full of plants with a very nice pool, gigantic hot tub and sauna. Atrium even has bird cages with canaries. Room is nice with mini fridge and microwave. Only negative so far is a below average mattress.

The location was super convenient, the kids loved the pool. Rooms were quiet. Would definitively recommend

I booked on line, being at the hotel cause I had 1 dog 4 pounds not shedding , does not bark, do her needs outside the staff at reception degrade my room , and I did have and old room. Also charge for one dog is 40.$ My dog does not even use anything in the room. It is ridiculous the price they charge. Price should be price one on one, cause there are differents sizes of dog. I went In Sherbrooke Quebec Delta by Marriott and I was given a beautiful room just renovated. So never i will go back at this hotel Oie des Neiges.

It is a very pleasant hotel but in a very commercial area. If you want walkable or quaint this is not it. Staff very pleasant but check your bill because my original bill came out differently but they did fix it.

Everything was fine ,a lot cleaner than Qc hotel in the same price range. The pool, spa and breakfast are the high points. No complaining but more soap in the room would be nice. I strongly recommand.

We are pleased with the service, the fact that our pet can stay with us there is a plus for our family. Also, is so close to take the ferry to visit the old Quebec.

Wonderful pool, sauna, facilities, and friendly sunny tropical atmosphere even in the dead of winter :)

Very satisfied 😉 It was very clean very friendly. Pool, hot tub and sauna available. Breakfast included with stay and alot of choices. (Toast, eggs,bacon, sausage....) I will definitaly return.

L’Hôtel l’Oie des Neiges à Lévis bénéficie d’un emplacement pratique et de chambres spacieuses, mais plusieurs aspects nuisent à l’expérience globale. D’abord, le confort laisse à désirer : les matelas sont vieillissants et les oreillers, trop écrasés, ne soutiennent pas adéquatement le sommeil. L’acoustique constitue un autre problème majeur : les bruits provenant de la piscine et des corridors se font facilement entendre, ce qui peut être dérangeant, surtout en soirée. L’aménagement des chambres pourrait également être revu. L’absence de coupes à vin, remplacées par des tasses ou des verres en carton, est un choix décevant qui ne reflète pas les attentes d’un hébergement de qualité. Enfin, l’esthétique générale est vieillissante et manque de modernité. L’ambiance est ternie par une clientèle parfois bruyante et des odeurs douteuses dans les corridors, affectant l’impression de propreté et de confort. En somme, malgré un emplacement avantageux, l’hôtel nécessiterait des mises à jour importantes pour améliorer l’expérience des visiteurs. S’adresse davantage aux familles qu’aux couples ou voyage d’affaire
