It’s good

Large, clean room. It’s an older building but doesn’t affect any part of the stay. Close to highway, pet and budget friendly. They have breakfast for an additional cost, unfortunately I was on the road early. I will definitely be back next trip!

Good place stay.

My wife was very pleased with how clean it was in our room. It's a dated hotel but overall we were Ok with it and if we come through this area again, we know to stay here.

Property is a half hour drive from Quebec City. We discovered a cheap ferry service to QC which was a ten minute drive away.

Manager tried hard to please. Facility a bit aged but very clean. GREATEST ASSET - ITS LOCATION. It is a short, easy to follow distance from motel to the ferry across the St Lawrence River to Quebec City / Old Town. FAR BETTER than driving there or getting an Uber.

Great for one night stop over during family roadtril. Room is small and shows signs of wear and tear but everything was clean and the A/C was powerful and effective.

As far as Motels are considered, this one is a good pick!

The best stop over hotel motel experience ever. The bed was super comfortable, the room was perfectly clean, spacious with a couch, fridge, tv, clock, microwave and coffee maker, lovely fluffy towels. Checking in and out were easy, the staff very friendly and helpful and it’s quiet. I felt very safe. Much nicer experience than the chains I have often stayed at on my way between Ontario and New Brunswick. Highly recommend.

We needed to book at the very last minute and they did have vacancies when no other hotels did. However, I now see why. Shabby is the word that comes to mind. Toilet overflowed with no plunger in bathroom and after tracking one down no one came to help, we cleaned it up ourselves. The microwave was very old. We know how to use a microwave and made popcorn, that was fine. Then cooked four potatoes at which point it just stopped working after about eight minutes. It obviously malfunctioned before as there were very old melted burn marks not done by us right under the microwave on the top of the small fridge it was sitting on. Never the less the owner charged us 50 extra dollars for "breaking the microwave" insisting we had put metal in it which we didn't. It didn't even have a microwave dish in it, just a corel plate. He even admitted it was very old and said that's why he was only charging me 50 dollars for the microwave which was probably long overdue for replacement. We felt he was just trying to get more money from us Americans because he could.

It was on the older side, needs update. Our room probably would have been better for a sorter people. The toilet was low, with bad knees it was painful to get off and so were the beds. Not very good for tall people. The driveway has some big potholes that should be filled in. The first step to go up stairs was higher then normal, hard to manage with luggage. The owner was great and friendly, he did make you feel welcomed.

The motel is close to a chemical plant and looks a bit beat up from the outside but the staff was good and the room very clean and comfortable. Found the bed to be very good and the mini split kept the room at a good temperature. Overall room was great.
