I loved this boutique hotel. Great location in downtown Montreal and staff was wonderful! Large spacious room and bathroom. Would absolutely go back again!

The hotel was under renovation so there were annoying little things here and there - temporary reception area, deconstructed elevator, electricians wandering around. The furniture in our deluxe room was dated and the towels were frayed and made in “Bangladesh” and not the best quality. I really don’t expect this from a top notch hotel. I think they should change soft good suppliers for better quality.

This hotel location is fantastic to explore old Montreal. Although the rooms are getting a little dated in style, they are very comfortable. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

Beautiful, comfortable hotel with great service in the heart of Old Port. Easy walking distance to a ton of places and a ton of great restaurants.

Hotel is perfectly located, 44 minutes walk from Notre Dame Basilica, close to everything. The hotel staff was amazing, so accommodating and super friendly. Thank you very much for great hospitality. I recommend this hotel, we will definitely be back.

Hotel is fine but lobby being renovated, few lounge areas. Housekeeping excellent, off hours services (maintenance etc) lacking, concierge never got back on reserving a restaurant after request thru Expedia.

The location of the hotel is great. Right in the middle of Old Montreal. Unfortunately with all the emails we received prior to our visit no one seemed to think informing us it was under construction was relevant. The desk service seemed to be constantly pre-occupied instead of greeting people as they arrived. Thats not to say they were rude, but not attentive to customers as they arrived. The concierge however was great. One of the biggest disappointments was Mama C their restaurant. It has lost all its cozy appeal to be replaced by lots of mirrors which reflects and amplifies noise to the point I had to yell to my wife 2 feet in front of me to have a conversation. Their managerial staff seems to have no idea what is going on around them and no one pays attention to you, except if you are ordering lots of bottles of wine. This didnt happen once, but twice with different managers. The other issue is that the rooms were/are poorly designed. Fortunately Im quite fit as anyone even slightly overweight would not be able to get in and out of their showers as the doors only open about18 inches due to the toilet being positioned in front of the shower entrance. So sad to say after staying here many times we will try another venue next time around.
