The location is simply marvelous, especially, presumably, in the fall with the colors of the leaves. Excellent food and drinks, excellent service, room very clean and more than adequate. Compared to many other hotels I visited, this was one of the best.

We were a little group going to the hotel. Unfortunately, due to an illness only a part of the group could go. A credit was requested to have another chance to go and celebrate New Year’s Eve.
They refused with no empathy and a chance to try their item that cost 400$/night wax lost/ wasted.
Unfortunate truly. never going back again. A terrible service and no way to comprise.

The room we stayed in was obviously recently renovated which is nice but there is absolutely no space to place toiletries or clothes in the bathroom. The free wifi is quite horrible. The TV is useless as it is wifi based and really lagging. It would be better off removing the TV if there is no investment in increasing wifi speed.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Hotel has some fun facilities for kids (pool, cookie decorating, scavenger elf hunt, movie room with popcorn, jacuzzis outside). My wife and I also liked the AmeriSpa which is connected to it.

The hotel was in a nice location however there were big business conferences hosted each time we stayed at the hotel. This made for very noisy common areas and in the halls where rooms were located. The room next to ours had their morning alarm go off at 6:45AM and it woke us up since it took the guest more than 15 minutes to turn it off.

Nice, quiet hotel. Very good restaurant on site.
Hot tub-spas on the terasse offer beautiful views. However only 2 of the hot tubs were working, and not very hot. Very clean rooms, lobby and washrooms.
