The Hotel is clean and most of all Pet Friendly .... and the staff at the Bar very nice and understanding.
I have been at this hotel many times, in the siummer and in winter (skidoo time) :-) always impeccable

The facility is relatively new and in very good condition. The front of the hotel had the same debris outside my entire stay. Nobody to clean up the exterior front. My television/cable was poor at best. Low channel selection and quality were apparent. For one entire day I had no television service and there was no support when asked at the front desk.

The shower water temperature fluctuates within first 5 minutes and either scalds or turns freezing cold.
Nothing is close by and the restaurant on site is not very good
