Hotel is basic but it is good enough for the price. However, the restaurant was awful. Server was rude. We were there almost 4 hours, and we didnt even have time for appetizers or dessert.
Might stay at the hotel again because of the price but i definitely would eat out.

Dans l’ensemble nous avons eu une belle expérience grâce à un updated $ de chambre avec balcon intérieur et le spectacle. Le point négatif est qu’il y avait une équipe de hockey qui ont envahi la piscine et ne respectait pas dutout les gens autour. Ils étaient aussi sur notre étage et ont fait énormément de bruit jusqu’à 2h du matin ce qui nous a empêché de dormir.

This hotel is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible despite the room being labelled as accessible. The staff tried to be accommodating, they changed our room when we realized I couldn’t access the toilet and the bed, and the second room was a little better with a grab bar for the toilet that was easier to reach, but the bed was very uncomfortable and the room very noisy as the walls are not soundproofed at all. The bumps we encounter to go through doors were significant enough that it made it hard to get in the room or bathroom. We will not be staying in this hotel again.

Restaurant was fully booked for dinner, they didn’t accept room service coz the restaurant was busy, and while we were sitting by the pool and having some food, a waiter came and asked to leave immediately. Couldn’t finish the food had to carry it to the room. Next day we had to order food from uber eats. Overall not worth staying in here

The walls are paper thin, you can hear every one around especially walking down the corridor. The rooms are dated and what limited renovations they have made are falling apart. The “game room and arcade” were filthy and the games were from the 90s. The staff looks overwhelmed and lost.

I felt this property was over rated. The rooms are so small, the fridge doesn’t work and no one was around to fix which for us was an issue. The hotel room could have been cleaner and the pillows were not comfortable. The pool are was nice but unfortunately for us the hotel was fully booked so was so over crowded (not hotels fault, just noting). Because there is so many familiar staying here it’s very loud by 7am so that’s to be noted for families with older kids who don’t wake super early. Service at the bar there was great and entertainment at pool was great for us (live music) and kids (other entertainers). It’s about 20 mins for old Quebec. It wasn’t a bad hotel just over rated and we paid a lot where I feel for the $ we paid I would have stayed at a better valued hotel.

This hotel goes above and beyond to offer entertainment for their guest , to really give it a resort feel . However after having a little “alone time” and the bed moving over a foot or so, we discovered something not so good ..

Very clean and beautiful atmosphere. The tropical garden setting was nicely done. The live shows were entertaining. Pools smelled a little too much of chlorine, however, I guess they have too since lot of kids and families use it. An excellence choice for families with kids.
We had a wonderful three nights in the Hotel and enjoyed fantastic brunch and dinner at Ginger restaurant in the Hotel.
