Motel Derfal

Charming, small motel in a quiet, beautiful area along the St. Lawrence river. Room had been completely renovated and was impeccably clean. Very comfortable bed. Room included a microwave and a large bar fridge with freezer section. Commercial facilities such as restaurants, etc 5 minutes drive away beside A40. I would definitely stay here again!

The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. The floors were cold and the TV was at a weird angle and didn’t have many choices of stations.

A1 service. Only complaint: it was cold because not well isolated. And overpriced.

place was clean and tidy. was what we expected. the bed was firm we are used to plush so it was a bit bouncy for us but it was a good place for a short stay

Lodging was rudimentary, bathroom amenities poor, outdoor swing and tables were great.

For a roadside motel, I think this is a great place. - The staff was extremely helpful whenever I need something. - The outside sitting area was nice. - I really enjoyed relaxing in my jetted bathtub after a long bike ride!

Safe convenient quiet. Close enough drive to Montreal.

Had everything we needed, very well kept property, very comfortable beds. Close to several Cambodian, Thai, Vietnamese restaurants. Memories of Angkor restaurant was excellent and very reasonable.

This motel was cute and quiet. The man running the front was very nice and check in was fast and easy. We were able to drop the key in the drop box for checkout because we left earlier than they opened. We couldn’t hear anyone in other rooms. I was impressed by the bathroom, if you are a tub person, their tub was deep and long enough to sit in comfortably. It was clean, and the area felt safe. It was a little out of the way from food, but driving 10-20 minutes, you were near a bunch of restaurants.
