C'était vraiment épouvantable j'ai eu honte d'avoir amener ma fieuelle comment peuvent ils penser que c'est pour des familles il faut enlever cette établissement de hôtel.com j'avais pourtant confiance mais là ça me dépasse

not good for stay, waste of money that we work very hard to earn.

I don't understand how this establishment is on your list. It's scary, very very noisy, people coming in and out at 3am and we can eat everything... On the lawn right in the "hotel" yard there are tons of trash, chairs, old TVs, garbages. We stayed because there was no refund but I didn't sleep AT ALL. Normally I would not even consider staying in a place like that. The bathroom was dirty, there was pee in the toilet when we came in... The fridge was not plugged in, the TV had no remote so no way to turn it on. The staff is zero welcoming. The whole thing looks like a dump outside and inside. For 165$ you don't expect luxury but still a lot more than that.... I went to get a coffee at mcdo in the morning few minutes walking from there, I was approached by two people at two different occasions in the parking lot and let's say it was not at all comfortable. The Expedia website says 2 stars, the sign at the entrance says one star, I would say minus 15.....

Terrible place ! Dirty !

Run down unsafe place. You need to walk across the street to register in which is very dangerous especially for senior folks. You can not close the main entrance door properly encouraging the outsiders to go in. No toilet paper available upon arrival. Broken furniture and so on; to many other things to mention here. This place should be shot down for good. You get what you pay for and you jeopardize your own safety.

It’s not clean

I was agonized when I got into this Motel. It's so tiny and has an awful smell. I highly recommend not choosing this hotel.

Le lustre d'or est fermé. J'ai été hébergé au Motel Jann de l'autre côté de la rue. La chambre est petite et la climatisation ne fonctionne pas.

Smells weed inside the room, even-though the management told no smoking . No garbage bin inside the room , not clean and washroom was not having a good flush, under a huge table to they hide garbage. Due to the smell inside the room we didn’t stay inside the room or spend time inside the room The worst

there was no front desk reception first of all when i arrived there , it was raining , there was noted go across the street motel and see reception there, welcome by mosquitos in the stairs and out side , and spiders running behind the curtains and on floor i can imagine it is old motel. I booked for tonight since i see all this i try to cancel they did not offer to refund for both nights but for one night. But then first night they charge me more. Second night refund not yet received. Hotels.com called support no response yet.

Dirty property . Building looked deserted and never did check in , there was no one around and no one answered the phone
