Recently took our grandkids here for the night so they could enjoy the pool and a local climbing gym.
The staff were very accommodating with both an early check-in and a late check-out so the kids could maximize their time there.
The hotel was quiet and clean, and the parking lot wasn't icy considering the weather we had been having.

The room was nice. The shower left something to be desired, but there was no lack of hot water. The pool was cold. Being winter, you'd think it would be warmer.

It was a great stay, clean room, smelled clean in the halls. Staff was superb, very friemdly and helpful.
Only downer was the hot tub was out of order. In the winter that's what everyone wants. Should be a high priority to get fixed. Shoupd also reflect on the website. It was a let down whem we arrived. Not a huge deal. Other than that. We would stay again.

The staff were very nice ! Beds comfortable however no housekeeping came in to clean. The front desk said we had to ask for housekeeping service !?!? The hot tub was not working and pool on colder side for kids. Only 2 pillows per bed , requested more and was given 1 also requested extra duvet on each bed non were provided. Towels very small in pool area definitely need updating. Waterslide was SO fun and fast kids loved it. NO elevator for 2nd floor guests very inconvenient.. will not stay again at this location.

Hot tub was "broken" BUT compensation was the pool was quite a bit warmer than the last time we were there.. There is some deep cleaning that could be done now that it's a Ramada.. tile grout in bathrooms and main entrance.
Altogether a good hotel that I would recommend for the budget concious. Pets well treated and the breakfast is standard faire. Thanks for the good stay..

Horrible for a Ramada. It’s an old wore out motel 8. Trying to repair it but needs lots of work. Should fix it before charging to stay. The hot tub was full of sand? Dirty. Breakfast was hard eggs in the shell and cereal waffles. I won’t stay there again.

Room looks tidy upon arrival. But room has a bit of old linen smell. I can live with that, but my son discovered the duvet had blood stains on it. We just flipped it around.
Went for a swim that night, the pool was really cold and the hot tub was luke warm. Theres also sand at the bottom of the hot tub. So we did not enjoy the pools at all.
To top our bad experiences, we went for breakfast the next morning at around 8:30 am. The hot food and waffle batter was already empty, i assumed they will be replenished as theres still half an hour before breakfast is over. But nobody came to replenish anything. I'm sure we're not the only ones disappointed as there are more guests that came later than us.

There was a lot of sand in the hot tub, the sign on the pool said the pool was for guests only but there was staff and their friends using the pool/hot tub. The driveway into the hotel is absolutely horrible my suv bottomed out! They are in the middle of renovations and they were working on the room beside us until 10:45pm there was still drywall dust in the bathroom in our room and holes in the wall from missing pictures due to the renovations.
