A lot of maintenance and portables sitting around the building, looks cluttered. The outside of the property does not reflect the inside which is in much better shape, condition, cleanliness etc… the staff were super friendly, would absolutely come back just for them.

Their was a smell coming out of the plug hole in the washbasin in my room #307 when I ran water, also a lot of hair shavings came up out of the plug, the water drained slowly, you have a blockage.

The pool and hot tub were open till 11pm. The one front desk staff was super friendly, professional, and seen problem solving issues for other customers.
Heard rumours from about concerns about bead bugs years ago. But when we stayed there, the whole floor was remodelled. When we did a heat test on the bed, we found no issues. Beds appeared brand new.
I do wish they had a fancy coffee machine in the lobby.

Very nice staff at check in, gave me a free room upgrade. Hotel was undergoing renovations so I ended up in a queen suite that hadn't yet been renovated but it was fine. Lots of parking, even for my large truck.

There is still construction going on. Some noise and clutter on 4th floor and the lobby. Thanksgiving weekend the price was $235 per night. Two weeks later the price was reasonable, $150ish. What's that all about?

The Lady that was working in the morning around 12 pm at Front Desk was so rude to us. She even called the cops just because of we were 30 mins late of the time I gave last night to check out. Despite of me telling her that my gf is changing and I’m packing our stuff but she didn’t let me close the door & do everything in privacy. They need to teach that lady what guests are and how to deal with them.

Great location, hotel in the process of renovations and the renovated rooms are lovely. Friendly staff, pool and hot tub were nice. Ample parking with Walmart, Starbucks and grocery store right nearby. Dennys restaurant attached to this hotel. Great value at this hotel!
