The rooms were very clean and the lobby looked so fancy! There was a bit of a smell that I’m not sure what it is, but it didn’t bother me too much.

Far from center of Trois Rivières but quiet and easy drive into the city. Decent continental breakfast, nice pool and gym. Room was very clean and beds very comfortable.

Very convenient location for overnight stays with a Tim Hortons across the street for breakfast coffee. Continental breakfast was a good option. Staff member was fluent in English and French which very welcoming after a number of businesses did not have that option. Very friendly and accommodating.

I didn´t stay there, but I had to pay. They don´t clearly say that you have to cancel before 4 pm the day before. so when I wanted to cancel after 5 pm they didn´t accept it.

This hotel is fine for kids but not for couples. Their Waterslide gaurantees a noisy environment all day until it closes at 10pm. Pool and hot tub are unusable unless you can tolerate the screams of children. Limited seating in breakfast area(30 persons) for such a large hotel ensured we had to eat in the room if they had food. No hot food. Extremely limited menu. They ran out of most of the continental breakfast food by 9am. The final day we were told a shipment hadn’t come in so we ended up eating out because there was nothing but dry cereal, a few yogurts and a couple of hard boiled eggs by 9am. Pathetic. Guess I know why it was inexpensive. Positives include clean and comfortable rooms, nice staff and a Tim Horton’s across the street.

Bed very comfortable. Liked that the windows were openable. Good table for eating or working at. Breakfast ok dxcspt ran out of eggs very quickly and no whole wheat bread. Staff great.

No hot water for 3 days.
After day 2 without any trace of any manager, I had ta ask to talk to a manager about all this a few times for him to show up at 21:00 on a Saturday.
The poor receptionist that was there couldn’t handle all the complaints and seemed in a total anxiety breakdown.
People were washing off in the pool. Truly awful.

Very clean hotel. Front staff were sooo friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable with lots of plugs and ways to charge electronics. Great neighbourhood as well.

I didn’t have any hot water one morning during my stay; was already in the shower when i found out that there was no hot water - it was anunpleasant cold shower.
