This place was perfect. Beautiful room l, fireplace, hot tub, bathroom, nespresso machine. Staff were delightful. Restaurant and hotel lounge were outstanding. Across the street from the Shaw Festival and right on Main St. Free parking. Wonderful Thai restaurant as a bonus to Zee’s, which is a decadent and worthwhile luxury 💕

Helpful staff with great recommendations on what to do. Parking behind the building close to back entrance. Beautiful building inside and out. Loved the fireplace and the rain showerhead in the room!

This was our second stay at the Shaw Club. I highly recommend this hotel. It has a lovely ambience. It is in the perfect location for shopping and dining. . Our room was nicely decorated and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. We look forward to our next getaway to Niagara on the Lake. We will definitely stay at the Shaw Club again.

Stayed at the Shaw Club for New Year's Eve this year. It was my third time at the hotel and it remains one of my favourites in the area. It's close to pretty much everything you'd want to be close to. It's a short walk to the downtown core, and a short walk to the walkway down the Niagara parkway.
This time around, I learned something. We were given a room in the clubhouse...which it the building next door where the Thai restaurant is. The room was bigger, but seemed older. The stairs are steep and the hallways smell of Thai food (the room didn't). It wasn't a bad room, but I'd prefer a room in the main building the next time.

It’s a great location in general but this last experience wasn’t at all good. Because of the dust and loud fan in the room my girlfriend couldn’t sleep. Her allergies flared up even after taking reacton. In the morning we went to Zees Grill for breakfast and got sick after eating the eggs. Previously we never had any issues but this year wasn’t good at all.

Lovely spot. Close proximity to the theatre. Fireplace and whirlpool bath were nice touches.
We had a problem with our toilet refilling every 10 minutes through the night. Very disruptive. Otherwise a nice stay
