The staff is approachable, the place is quiet and perfect for travellers who want to have business related meetings. Walking distance to a train station and you can experience local ambience. No breakfast included but has convenience stores nearby. Peaceful and safe outside.

First of all money was stolen from my room on two occasions & nothing was done about it. That is the first & biggest issue & the only individuals that had access to my room was myself & the cleaning staff assigned to my room.
Another thing is there is no wifi although it is advertised. The wifi is very poor.

Good bang for your buck, but rooms were not cleaned thoroughly, beds were made daily and trash was cleaned but bathroom was not. Most rooms don’t have a window which could be a problem for some.

The hotel location itself is on a clean street and seems like a fairly safe neighborhood. The part I didn't like is I don't think the listing mentioned the room I got had no windows. You can't tell if its day or night time.
You can walk to many food options within 10-15 walk. Traffic is pretty crazy so a short distance on a taxi ride can take like 20-30 mins.

The staff were very helpful and this property was close enough to the Canton Fair complex to make the commute shorter and less costly. Options for restaurants were a little limited however you could order in food.

The area wasn't bad and was close enough to the metro station. But inside the hotel was adifferent story. It was much older than what it says, and smelled pretty bad in the rooms. Which I had to change out of the first one because there was also a mosquito infestation in the room. I would not recommend this place unless a quick stopover.

Only has 1 floor of units. Had rats in the roof you can hear at night. Talking with other guests, we all agree the cleanliness of the rooms is below average and don't think my sheets were changed during an 8 night stay. I wouldn't stay here again.

Everything was just as good as before except the service of the evening staff on 11/10/19 needed improvement. She was not supportive when asked for direction at the front counter: she gave the impression that it was a regret for her to have a staying guesting asking her for directions and making her handle additional work -- totally not customer oriented, which is a no-no for a service industry like the hotel industry.

It only looks good in the pictures. The layout of the double room is not made for family use or companied business trip. Shower room is quite visible from the bed. Your roommate can definitely see you coming out from the shower to dress. If you are staying here for exhibitions at Pazhou the hotel provides morning shuttle to venue and back. They will only make 1 trip going and return at scheduled time if you missed it you will need to find your transportation. Not a convenient spot, there is nothing much in this area.
