Location is strategic, only the power outlet is a bit lose so I had to ensure repeatedly that the socket was properly plugged.

Hangzhou Hua Chen International hotel
A 4 star hotel with 5 star service, especially front office staff, friendly & helpful. Walking distance to Westlake, shopping mall & MRT Station. I really enjoy my stay at this hotel, sure will stay again for my next trip. Apreciated & Thanks.

Hotel is located nearby Westlake Harbin and can be reached within walking distance. Kerry mall directly opposite the hotel. The lobby is a bit small and breakfast place is a bit cramped. However, overall stay is pleasant and I would stay again.

The hotel amenities and F&B was really good! To have a good view of the Hangzhou West Lake, prefer to stay on the 8th floor. I should said the hotel breakfast buffet spread was really good with wide varieties to choose from.
