This is the second time we have stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel Beijing.
The hotel is beautiful, very tasteful decor. The concierge cannot help you enough. The room staff looked after us like family, and it was just an all round winderful experience.

We had a great, relaxing stay. Comfortable room and a bath tub with a view. Enjoyed walking along the river to a delicious dinner at Fiume. Easy to communicate any needs via the app.
The staff prepared some sweet welcome things to help us celebrate our anniversary, too. We will return!

This was a beautiful hotel all round. Highly recommend it.
I would just check next time if there are any international conferences being booked, as the security that was increased wasnt as warm and welcoming when we origonally arrived at the hotel.

Staff were incredibly welcoming, ready to help, always making sure everyone was comfortable. They prepared a birthday event for our son in the room while we were out for dinner, the kid was absolutely thrilled to find our room beautifully decorated with balloons, cartoon drawings, and a cake with his name. Such an unforgettable stay!
