12 hour layover in Chengdu, 8 hours spent at this hotel. Very comfortable and convenient. Fruit in room on arrival was so welcome!

There is no hourly shutter bus to airport, need to call the hotel to arrange shuttle bus. The hotel is 15 mins drive away from airport, most Taxi drivers are not willing to take the ride if they have to wait for 2 hours in airport, they would prefer longer ride to the center of the city. Other than that, the hotel is clean and most of all, the breakfast is very good, I especially like local flavors. There was an American businessmen in the breakfast room. He was discussing multimillion business with some Chinese men while eating breakfast, looks like they were having meeting in the hotel breakfast room. Can you believe it, he has the loudest voice in the whole room of more than 30 guests. Aren’t we American say Chinese have loudest voice in public? He discussed with translator on drying cleaning issue at the same time. he requested drying clean guy to pick up his one pair of dressing pants and explained why the pants need dry cleaning because it will make pants look good. Luckily I stayed in this hotel only for one night due to the flight, however he will stay in the hotel for a couple of days, good luck for the rest of the guests for the following couple of days

The staff was quick to help during check in and check out, but upon arrival, the rooms were very cold. Why? Because the windows and doors were left wide open for every room on each floor. It did not feel safe walking into my room when it was propped open by the luggage rack. How about if someone was in there?

Very clean, comfortable room. Very good breakfast buffet. Had to ask someone to call for airport shuttle because I didn’t have international phone access. Would have been easier if there was a what’s app connection so that I could have called with WiFi. Staff very accommodating and helpful for my travel partner who had lost her luggage.

Breakfast was great, staff were kind but NO A/C and they tried to tell me this was normal with no apologies! No one speaks english. Its really far from the airport (20+ minutes drive!) and it was super hard to find the shuttle. If you dont speak Chinese forget it. I got in really late at night and it was 27 degrees celcius and the only blanket was super thick so the only reason I got the hotel was to sleep and that didnt happen. They would give me any consolation and were very rude about it.

We stayed there the night prior to our flight out the following morning. This is a relatively new hotel with airport shuttle service which takes about 20 minutes (the shuttle driver (Kevin?) is quite humorous). The room is of good size and the hotel provides good breakfast. There is not much in the local area, as expected, but our Chengdu friends found a very good seafood restaurant within walking distance of the hotel.

Free airport shuttle car. Room is spacious and clean! The whole facility is new! The breakfast buffet is pretty nice with both Chinese and Western style selections. The price is very good. Will stay there again if needed a stay in future!

Hourly airport shuttle from the hotel to the airport, and you would have to call the hotel from the airport when pick up is needed. No restaurant at this location and no room service either, so don’t arrive hungry in the middle of the night.

Room was spacious and very clean, however A/C was struggling to get the room temperature down below 25C which was too warm. Opening the window helps but on level 7 you might get the odd mosquito into the room. Had to leave hotel early next day to catch the plane, staff was kind enough to pack breakfast for guests who misses in house breakfast. Shuttle bus needs to be reserved as it is first come first served, more like shuttle cars. All in all the hotel is pretty well kept, given the opportunity will stay here again. There is a shopping mall next door.

Great staff support and customer service. I just didn’t like that the WiFi was very slow like as if it was 2G speeds. Also, hotel address in English was impossible for cab drivers to read and understand. When we tried calling the hotel with the number provided to us no one was picking up. This delayed the time it took us to get to the Hotel
