Awesome property, this was the second hotel in my Shanghai trip and I can tell you, comparing with the first hotel we stayed this hotel is fabulous! Super well located, spacious room, well maintained and new property, super friendly staff and they also communicate very well in English. Fairly good breakfast, hotel was able to handle airport transportation for us easily. I will absolutely stay in the hotel again when visiting Shanghai

Really great location, staff was nice, room was very nice with a great view. Wouldnt hesitate to book here again if im in the area.

The staff is very nice, the food is also delicious, the location is very close to nanjing road. It is also close to the metro.

Everything was good except when checking out, the hotel informed that no payment was found from Traveloka. We had to swipe the card to pay again. After coordinating with Traveloka, we got the answer that "The admin has been informed by the hotel that since the hotel cannot deduct money from the card for the booking on the check-in day, we have to collect the money from the customer first. Later, the hotel has processed it again and found that it can deduct money. Therefore, the hotel will refund the money that the customer paid directly back to the card. The refund period is 15 business days." I am not impressed at all.

The worst service ever, I've paid all ready and have all the evidence but when I arrive the hotel they said they didn't get it. So I have to wait 5 hours until I get in the room. The service of Traveloga is worst as the Holiday inn. Worst trip ever!

Good location. Breakfast food is delicious. Friendly staff. Late arrival breakfast is still served in a friendly manner by staff wearing suits who look like they are Indian. It's just a shame, the WiFi internet speed is like a turtle

Good location, kamar besar. Nyaman. Breakfastnya oke untuk standard asian food. So far 3 malam feel happy selama di sini dan tambah 1 malam lagi langsung bayar di tempat.
