Good thing is free shuttle bus to canton fair. Otherwise cleanliness can be improved, interior was old, and awaken by loud sounds from the bathroom at night during the storm.

It’s satisfactory. Not a large or fancy hotel, but clean and quiet. The WiFi was poor and got frequently cut off. Breakfast wasn’t included. No instant coffee provided in the room, only tea bags were served.

great area to stay in, close to Baima and Liyun markets and Parc central, great garden area further down the road to go for a walk in. should of done a bit more research of the area, great turkish restaurant a few blocks down the road. Otherwise very convenient to everything.
Only one small thing,upgrade the gym and carpet, otherwise everything else was fine :)

Major con is hotel too old.
Now the pros:
Clean bed sheets, clean towels, friendly staff, complimentary fruits in room which you rarely find in most hotels. Internet averagely good.
I wish I could give them 5 star, but it’s very old that wear & tear is so visible that makes you even think it’s dirty. Needs total renovation. The pictures look better than the reality
But for someone who doesn’t value that, believe me you will enjoy it as everyone has his or her own priority.

The location does not very close to subway, especially when you are with luggage.
The facility is ok, TV has to pay extra money to watch, or do not have to but I do not know how to find it.
The room has smoking smell, even they had an option for non smoking room, but this was inevitable in China.
Many night-time food (before 9pm), and also the convenience store next to the hotel.

The air in my room and corridors of the hotel was pungent with cigarette smoke. I do not have breathing issues but I developed one whilst I was in this hotel.
I felt sick, had difficulty breathing especially at night, some nights I thought I was going to die. I complained and they moved me to a floor that was supposed to be no smoking floor, but it made no difference. The best help the hotel staff could give me was to advise me to open my window.
The carpet was dirty in both the hallways and the rooms I stayed. People smoke freely everywhere including inside the hotel lifts and foyer or reception. Extremely disappointed would not recommend to anyone.The hotel staff have no regard for guest wishes.
