A nice hotel, but not really a 4* which it's advertised as on the hotel sites. Room was clean but a bit empty. Only one elevator of two in service which was annoying at times. Breakfast buffet was good but quickly ran out of certain items like fruit, this should be handled better by the restaurant.

Staff is really friendly, warm, and kind. They will go above and beyond to help you and attend to your needs. Just one observation that if you’re staying near the event rooms be ready for the night to be very loud. That’s the only observation I notice.

Necesito mi dinero de los 3 días que me cobraron sin haber estado en el hotel ya que tuvimos que salir el día lunes a las 6 am por qué no les servía el aire acondicionado en la habitación y tampoco nos ayudaron con nada no encontramos toallas en la habitación el primer día y por una hora esperamos. Si no consiguen mi dinero de vuelta hablaré con mi banco para cancelar la transacción
