These people (lovely ladies at the front desk and the breakfast staff) could not have been nicer or more accommodating. Friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely stay here again. This was the last 2 days of a 10 day trip to Colombia, starting and ending in Bogota - this was in stark contrast to where we stayed in Bogota at the start of our trip which was very near here, fancier and a lot more expensive but definitely NOT worth it - wish we had stayed here from the start.

We left after one night. The place was dirty and the sink missing a faucet, one of the chairs, and the two chairs that were in the room was broken and we just couldn’t stay there. Changed to HAB hotel which was a perfect stay

I stayed here when I arrived in Bogota & then again a couple of weeks later, before leaving Colombia.
Clean, very secure, spacious apartment at a reasonable price including nice, basic breakfast.
Thanks to everyone at Juliette for the lovely stay. I am so thankful for the very, very early check-in you allowed me, & I am equally thankful for the very late check-out when leaving. Other hotels would never offer such thing, or would have taken me up on my offer to book an additional night upon arrival. It was so gracious of you.
Quiet location in Chapinero within good proximity to Bogota CBD, Candelara district, Monseratte & a short walk to buses to anywhere else you need. Only a 20-45 minute taxi to the airport (depending on traffic.)
My Spanish is around 25% of the way to fluent. If you are at 0% you might struggle to communicate with staff (& everyone else in Colombia), but the most basic Spanish phrases is all that you will need here.

This is a great facility. The 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment was very clean, excellent condition with a small kitchenette. The area is a hilly residential area so a little difficult for walking. Minimal traffic and a quiet peaceful area to stay. The folks were very accommodating and prepared our breakfast to our liking every morning, and arranged a car for us to visit the Salt Cathedral and return to the airport. Please be aware that the english is very limited and our conversation occurred through Google Translate. Also be aware that Bogota is very cool and every place we went or stayed does not use heating or air conditioning. In summary we loved the place.

Perfect one and two bedroom furnished suites with full kitchen. A very nice continental breakfast with cook to order eggs.
The best part of this property are, Marlen and her friendly staff.

I was not disappointed with my choice to stay at Julliette. Everyone, from Marlen to Alvaro, was very friendly. My room was large and clean with a fridge, microwave, and stove. The bed was very comfortable with a firm mattress, which I like. Breakfast had good fruit, coffee, juice, and eggs cooked to order. There were many restaurant choices nearby, also an Exito grocery store.
When you leave your room, you leave your key at the reception area and pick it up upon your return. You also have to ring the bell on the outside gate for entry and have someone inside "buzz" you out.. This is not a big deal, it's good that they have this security.There is construction nearby during the day so I suggest bringing ear plugs if you like to sleep in.
Speaking some Spanish will go a long way, although the owner does speak English well.
I would stay here again.

My stay here was overall great, mostly due to the incredible staff, they made everything so accomodating and the treatment was superb, the breakfast was good, ended a bit too early for night owls like me, but eggs made to order was great when I did have the chance, thier is no elevator but I loved the excersise, I prefer blackotu curtians and the room was abit too much light for me, but the size was nice, also their is construction on the side so if your a day person youll have no problem at night is very quite, but early in the morning the banging begins but no for long. Would stay again once the construction is over.

I really enjoyed my stay at Juliette. The staff was very friendly and accommodating at all hours of the day and night. There is a lot to do within walking distance, and taxis are available everywhere for sight seeing outside of the area. I would definitely stay here again!

This is a charming little hotel with very attractive rooms. The staff is very friendly, Marlén the manager is wonderful. It is located in Chapinero Alto, which is a quiet, safe neighborhood, about a 15 minute walk from Zona G, a local fine dining district. It is also convenient to the Financial District, and not too far away from downtown.
The price is hard to beat, and breakfast is included if you want it. If you are traveling internationally, most locally oriented hotels, this one included, gives you towels, but washcloths are not standard, so if you want one, bring your own.
The rooms have hot water, but no heat. Bogotá never freezes, but the room temperature probably drops to the low 60s (f) / 15 (c) in the middle of the night. They have blankets, but you should be aware of this.
The room was mostly clean, but there were a few stray hairs in the bathroom from the previous guest, that housekeeping missed. The toilet seat was loose, and a ceiling light was slightly out of its socket.
Still, I know Bogotá very well, and this hotel is a great bargain. It is very nice, secure, and family friendly. For under $50, you get a room as nice as in a hotel 3 times the price, with a refrigerator, stove top, and microwave.
I would definitely return next time in Bogotá.

The Juliette ApartSuites is perfectly located In Chapinero Alto. The neighborhood is clean and quiet. It is located within walking distance of dance clubs, restaurants and a large shopping district, no to mention beautifully maintained historic landmark. This hotel is located in between the old colonial area and the opulent Zona G and Zona Rosa. All within a few minutes on the reliable and safe public transportation system, taxis and walking ( I walked).
The workers in in his hotel take pride in their job, reason for which they maintain the property beautifully cleaned. I was very impressed with their dedication for the visitors well being and comfort in the hotel and while visiting the city. The front desk ladies, night and day, are very accommodating, friendly, professional ad with an extensive knowledge of their city environment.
I enjoyed the fact that every morning I was greeted with such friendly and kind smiles. I felt at home. I highly recommend staying at the Juliette ApartSuites
