We went to have some relaxation and refreshments between Christmas and the New Year. Our time at All Saints Hotel did just that. All staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived when we had been offered an early arrival. This was immediately resolved by giving us an upgrade to another room.

Having stayed at All Saints throughout the year, seeing the transformation has been remarkable. The new wing is fantastic. The bedrooms and bathrooms are immaculate and very comfy. All round great service too.

Service was great a the hotel is newly decorated and clean. Didn’t use the spa but looks good. Minor gripes were that the reception staff were not always there and the extra key ‘card machine’ was not especially simple. The TV had unusual channels and I would have liked more comfortable chairs in the bedroom. Otherwise, a good value hotel with a great shower.

To be honest we could'nt fault our stay, the only reason it did not get all 5's on the surroundings was because of the building work going on extending the hotel.
All the staff get 5 stars and are a credit to the hotel, the food was excellent too.

Clean . Staff dull .food not good and expensive . Bed unbearable so hard my body hurts all over no sleep . £10 for a tray for room service £5 for a cooked breakfast on top and additional £15 for cot even when booking with a child . Disappointing stay

Its a relatively new building, fitted out to just above Premier inn standard's. That said its very clean and the room was very large. Dinner was fine for the price, but choice was a bit limited and basic. The spa/pool was excellent - outstanding even.

The Hotel had a very nice golf course, however it offered no golf clubs to be rented in order to play it. As a business traveler, I do not usually pack golf clubs, especially overseas with weight restrictions. I would loved to play the course there, it looked in very good condition.
