Lovely clean hotel, very close to Victoria train and coach station in a very nice quiet area. Plenty of little shops about for supplies. Was given a free upgrade to a double room after booking a single. Was walked to the annex part of the hotel where I was staying and guided to my room. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again

I bought a single and thought it was great when I was offered an upgrade to a twin. However accepting the upgrade was the worst mistake. My room was in the basement, people were smoking and talking outside my window until the early hours making the room stink and depriving me of sleep. The walls and doors were paper thin and It was also by some sort of staff area and the breakfast room - so from late night until the moment I left I heard talking, coughing, shouting, clinking. All I’m all quite a terrible experience.

Appreciated a family room since they’re hard to find. Place was clean but had hot water issues- as in completely running out and having the shower go cold halfway through. Also had very little heat in bathroom so tile was so cold it hurts and makes it super unpleasant to shower

Arrived a little early and no problem being checked in. Room was small but tidy. Was fine for couple nights stay. Plenty tea and coffee provided. Reception staff friendly. A little noisy with sometimes being able to hear bathroom flushing from next room

It's quite close to Victoria Station and Victoria Coach Station. The staff was friendly, the beds comfortable, the heating was great. I'll consider it for my future stays as well.

Just a one night stay and it was clean and comfy; however you can hear noise from other rooms sometime or people shower sometimes. Not really bothered me at all and i will stay at this place again.

Our room was extremely small. The shower went from cold to sweltering hot in a second. I had to jump in and out of the shower not to get burnt.
We were in the 3rd floor with no elevators.
