We enjoyed using the spa facilities in the morning, although we would have also liked to use them in the evening but they closed about 8pm I think. Breakfast selection was excellent and the service was attentive, yet relaxed and friendly. Surprisingly tranquil setting given the proximity to major roads. Location is therefore very easy to drive to. Plentiful parking.

Had an excellent 2 night break. No delays or issues checking in, friendly greeting, everything was explained. Room was clean, tidy and bigger than expected.
We ate in the restaurant in the evening - food was delicious, great service made it a lovely relaxing experience.
Breakfast the next day was good, no shortage of choice and freshly cooked buffet and continental food.
One issue - one of 2 coffee machines was broken (these things happen), the other on a go slow, so there were queues which could have been better managed, worked around

Had a short trip to the Cotswold and stayed at delta hotel. Stay was very pleasant, the atmosphere and cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. Gym and facilities was also something that I thought was good. Overall, would recommend.

There was only one problem the phone in the room was ringing at 12 midnight , the next day it was half one in the night then six o'clock in the morning and seven the same day when we pick it up there was no answer.they said it was a fault but they had problems before but didn't tell us.

Very average breakfast, gluten free option was one box of cereal, two nasty sausages and two cardboard toast - all presented curtly by the woman in charge
Lovely receptionist, great cleaners and welcome access to pool, sauna and steam room saved it from 2 stars

Booked a 2 night stay for a romantic getaway & to explore the surrounding area. On arrival at 2.30 our room was ready which was a nice surprise. We unpacked & went to the spa, it’s very small, only 2 loungers & 6 chairs bu the pool & they were all taken. The jacuzzi was full too so we had a swim, the pool wasn’t very warm & then eventually a few people vacated the jacuzzi so we hoped in, but unfortunately it wasn’t working properly the bubbles when they started were very underwhelming! The changing room were small & busy too, all in all we weren’t very impressed with the spa & pool so decided not to use it again. We had booked a table in the restaurant for dinner & that was very nice. Service was good as was food. Breakfast the next morning wasn’t quite so good, the pastries were stale & the cooked breakfast wasn’t particularly plentiful the fried eggs were dried up & inedible. Breakfast staff not particularly helpful just wandering around not even cleaning & replenishing tables.

Spotlessly clean room with very comfortable firm bed, nice bathroom with plenty of products and decent shower. The only downside with the shower was the lack of pressure but that is very minor nit picking. We ate in the restaurant with friends and all enjoyed a lovely meal. Breakfast the next morning was delicious and plenty of options. All in all it was a fabulous stay at the hotel.

Great value for money, only down side was the kitchen staff poor on getting food to you, I waited an hour and a half between starter and main course. The problem was dealt with very professionally by the front of house staff

Makes Fawlty Towers look like the Ritz. No one on the desk at 10:45pm. Had to call a guy and wake him up twice. 30 minutes before he arrived. Key wouldn’t work first time. Breakfast poor. Gym antique equipment. Never again.

Stayed here a few times now, beds are always comfortable and rooms are good, food quite over priced but breakfast was terrible, dried hot choice, coffee machine that made half cups of like warm coffee. Juice as ok but orange never got refilled, fruit was good though. Shame really.

Dining room closed. Poor food choice in the bar. Terrible breakfast worsted I have ever had.. Breakfast room dirty from party night. Heating not working in Bedroom. No answer from phoning reception from room. Not warned that it was party night throughout the hotel and no consideration for other guests. Had to eat out to get away from the constant noise factor.

This hotel has a lot of facilities and, for a large hotel, is pretty well located.
Lots of free parking. As i write this (09/12/24) there is no EV charging but it looks like they are getting ready to install it.
Breakfast is great and chilled out
The bar can be a bit chaotic but thats down to the conferences held there, not the hotel.
The leisure facilities are nice, great for relaxing after a long day! And you can buy swimming shorts there if you need them.
The rooms are air conditioned, but the air con can be a little flakey.
The only negative thing i have to say about the rooms is the kettles in the rooms dont hold a lot of water, but it is enough to make a cuppa.
