Waited 15 mins in the morning at 10am at the bar for a coffee, it was empty, no workers, nothing
Hotel is ok but the service I thought was sub par, as if some hotel manager is trying to cut costs with less employees

Curtains had stains on them, lamp had hair on it, rooms should have more than two towels in bathroom if you wash your hair.need to update profile on Google still says you have a pool.Found menu expensive if you have children,my nieces' wedding saw other guest were getting drinks on her tab, while waiting for them to fix up room for reception ,staff took a long time to respond to an emergency, also weren't helpful when you asked for the extra food that had been paid for but they didn't attend.

Receptionist was lovely and the room was nice but not the best experience with the waitress at the restaurant where we felt highly judged.
The room is nice and big but no information about facilities, conditioner empty and didnt sleep well at all as the AC is not cooling down the room st all. We put it the lower at 15 degrees but it was boiling inbthe room ao really tough to sleep

I like the ease of parking and the cleanliness of the property. I have been using this hotel for over 25 years in some capacity or other and it has been good and bad. We stayed here most recently, about 20 months ago when we were relocated from the Cheshunt Marriot, as our booking was cancelled due to them using it for migrants.
I was very disappointed with both the staff and standards in the hotel then. However, I thought I’d give it one last chance, and am happy to say it has very much improved in every way. The staff were charming and moved us to a different room as soon and I reported the air con wasn’t working.
Nothing was a problem. Very refreshing these days!
