Everything was good and exactly what we wanted - for the price you cannot expect room service.
We loved the location which gave us easy access to the facilities we needed and the staff directed us to the ramp of a 24hour carpark with CCTV 20m from the front door.

Exactly what it says. Easy book in room small but all you need, bed toilet, shower. Air con, tv. Quilt I felt too hot, no other option. Take a bottle of water up with you. Coffee machine in lobby difficult to work but nice coffee and seating area. Easy log out.

Great location in the heart of the town centre, warm friendly, professional and efficient welcome.
There are pleasant communal areas, yet there is no bar or restaurant; the only food and drink available is from vending machines.
The rooms are very compact, yet are spotlessly clean, well maintained and a pleasant place to be, however, there is no space for a chair or desk.
I booked a room with a window, yet, my room had only a window with obscured glass so I might as well had reserved a room without a window.
The compact en-suite bathroom was also spotlessly clean and the shower was awesome.
This is a value for money no fuss hotel which is highly recommended by me.

The room was basic with no window. The bed was comfortable and the shower hot.
The room did, however, lack any hooks to hang coats etc., and there was no chair or table which would have been useful to put clothes or luggage. The only place to hang clothing were two fixed, rigid metal hangers.
Aside from this, the stay was satisfactory.

POSITIVE: Neat & clean, tighting, towels, bedding,shower,body/hand/hair wash, TV = all very good.
NEGATIVE: Sound of aircon' through out night very disturbing for light sleeper, despite turning off! Paid extra for window but couldn't open i.e I prefer fresh air at night! Better if small chair added as just enough room.

The bed was terrible, it was so hard i woken up every 15 minutes in pain. There was a raised lump in the middle of the mattress and very little padding elsewhere. The tv didnt work. I got another remote from the dest, but you csn only turn it on, not up, down, over to another channel or off (unless you pull the room key out and force it to turn off) i could only watch DaveJaVu at a very low volume. Yuck. HOWEVER, the staff were great, the shower had excellent pressure, Wifi was good, it was so quiet, the aircon worked and everything was very clean..inspite of the very dodgy mattress and the broken Tv i would stay here again.

This is a budget hotel downtown. Check in was easy. We had a handicap room on the 1st floor that overlooks the church behind. Lots of room. The sink did not have cold water. The toilet took about 1/2 hr to refill the tank. You could not control the temperature above 21. All the usb ports did not work. The bed was very hard and the two pillows that came with it were flat. One bed sheet was not enough. Room was quiet but could here doors closing.

Cheap accommodation in the centre of Ipswich. You get what you pay for. The rooms are tiny, but modern and clean. When we arrived, there was no one on the front desk, and we had to wait for someone to appear. When someone finally did, he wasn't particularly welcoming or friendly and didn't apologise for the wait, but was otherwise fine. Because the rooms are so small, we probably wouldn't stay for more than one night.
