Staff went above and beyond to accommodate 1 child who is 5 year old , and has autism. They gave us a upgraded room, so it was quiet. Staff were so pleasant to speak with and service was fast.
The manager was like all staff very polite, and helpful. Our child screams constantly due to Autism, and staff were patient and helped all the time
Definitely recommend for families.

Main areas of the hotel were cold , not sure if there was problem with the heating, temperatures in the bedrooms was fine , everything else about the hotel was excellent and particularly friendly staff .

The hotel is very old, lots of fixtures seemed to be broken and to say it was a junior suite it wasn’t as nice as Id have hoped. Plenty of space but a smallish bed. Old grey decor. The entrance to the hotel is not nice but once you get up to reception level it’s nice. Needs a refurb and a rethink. If they’ve got offers on it’s a good price as location is decent.
Car park is really tiny so maybe better to park in trinity car park.

Well appointed hotel with super helpful staff. The bar and lobby area are freezing in the winter because they are effectively open to the external doors. Very disappointed at the intransigent response to my request for a refund as I had to check out a day earlier for family reasons - despite I told them 2 days earlier. Not what I expect from Hilton, especially as a Hilton Honours member for 20 years. The way of the world I guess?

Clean and doable. Temperature was hard to control and was overly warm. Bathroom needed some tlc - shaving mirror broken and bath taps work in reverse. But did the job.

Everything was fine. It’s a nice hotel. Close to the centre. Close to the train station. Room was nice. Restaurant food was ok but the restaurant itself was very cold. The car park is difficult to drive around, unless you drive a tiny car. I’d happily stay here again.

Very tight for for any large family Car and a height restriction of 6’2 ( I think it was )
We had a suit room which was nice but shower had no power at all ☹️ which for a room at almost £500 I think I paid was very poor.

Nice clean hotel, convenient for everything, only downside was I was in a room next to the busy railway station and it was soo noisy I couldn’t sleep and was woken up at 5 am from the train, probably wouldn’t stay here again.
