Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was absolutely amazing.

The staff were great but there are too few of them for a larger hotel. The basics like the faulty drain in the sink and very temperamental shower controls, lights that would not switch off individually (all on or all off only option) made the room feel very tired. Communal areas nice and breakfast good.

Staff were lovely. Really friendly and helpful. Bed was comfy and slept well. The cleaning and the finish of the room, let it down sadly. Just felt a bit grotty. The sink and taps had not been cleaned and behind the taps were green. It was not to a very high standard but can't fault how helpful and friendly the staff were and our dog was very welcomed and was happy for a new toy.

Big rather soul less modern hotel close to M1. Service was very friendly but extremely slow especially check in and in the restaurant.

It was great.stay over all, however too much noise outside our room which meant we did not get much sleep (people were arguing). Lovely breakfast, clean hotel and lovely professional staff.

Really nice hotel, lovely restaurant and bar area.

Friendly F&B Manager was helpful in recommending a nice walk around the nearby village.

Very good hotel. Clean and staff were great. Only downside we thought was having to pay for parking as an extra. But recommended 👍

It was a lovely comfortable stay. The staff were a bit unfriendly at breakfast but were possibly overwhelmed as there was a lot of people. A bit overpriced for the stay but very comfortable nonetheless. Overall 7/10

Lovely room and beautiful hotel

1 night business trip. Straight off the M1 and A45. From check in to check out the staff were brilliant. Ate in the bar which was good and service was great. Noted some reviews about the rooms being dated, but i found it fine, comfy, clean, quiet and had everything needed. Only negative was the checkout took about 15 mins, confusion with the hotel sytem as i'd booked through hotels.com? but i'd definitely stay here again.

Room wasn't ready when we arrived. Check in was at three, but no room till half four. It was ok as went for something to eat and the reception held our bags and call us when ready. Parking extra charge at £5 was a little cheeky. Room was nice, clean and spacious. Bathroom a little tired with no extractor. Staff very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Couldn't fault them. The bar was nice and lovely gardens. Breakfast very nice with everything you could want and a very nice cooked buffet.

Staff were friendly , good breakfast and comfy bed. Room slightly impractical awkwardly placed mirror. A few details need upgrading in the room eg one plug socket not working and shower not the best but perfectly enjoyable stay
