Stayed in one of the new rooms. Very comfortable beds, large TV screen. Great large shower and modern bathroom. Staff super helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Enjoyed a fantastic two night stay , we had come down from Yorkshire to visit my new baby grandson and needed somewhere close by to stay . Rooms were newly refurbished and very tastefully decorated , beds and bedding comfy , breakfast was 10 out of 10 , so much choice . Will definitely stay again .

We stop here frequently. We have room 102 that has been refurbished this stay. The room is excellent and value for money one could not expect more. Our personal request was dealt with immediately we requested a lighter weight duvet because the super king size is far too heavy. A point to note the heating system is noisy compared with the previous stays here.

Friendly nice staff, dining area, reception etc very nice. Room good, bathroom a bit dated, all very clean though. Fridge is a nice touch to have in the room as well which I find handy. There are never enough milk sachets for tea/coffee etc so I buy a pint of milk to put in the fridge. Pool and sauna nice, but the whole spa area looks a little tired but all perfectly serviceable. Nice to have in a hotel.

My mother and I stayed in one of the twin rooms. We where greeted at reception by Gracie, who was delightful, allowing us to check in earlier than expected. Later on the evening Josseb, was very helpful in explaining and downloading Uber onto my mobile, no task or request was ever to much trouble. The dining, again all the staff are so happy and helpful, my mother was made to feel very comfortable and special. Our twin room was gorgeous, fantastic bed, crisp white linen, a fridge and safe too. All very clean and comfortable. We will definitely recommended to all our friends and family, and will definitely be returning. Thank you to everyone. June.

customer service at check-in great, booking was missed laid but the customer service received was brilliant, placed in a updated room which was clean and well presented

When I booked the stay, I requested and paid for a room with a queen bed. Unfortunately, we were given a room with a double bed. It may not seem to be much of a problem, however the extra width of a queen bed is the difference between a restless sleep and a comfortable sleep.

Because of the hard floors and surfaces it was very noisy in the dining room. Especially when the little children ran about screaming and enjoying the echo of the sound of their voices. My wife found it very disturbing as she has hearing aids which enhanced the sound and made the dining experience less enjoyable.

Friendly and helpful staff and a nice location. Well positioned for major road networks but still quiet and relaxed. My only criticism would be that the restaurant could do with being a little warmer, breakfast tended to cool off before I’d finished eating.

Excelent location in Fareham, close to the charming shopping center. Short ride to Portsmouth.

Fab staff at this lovely clean hotel. The room facilities could be more up to date, the mattress was very hard. But you can’t please everybody. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice. But no butter and the bacon was only just cooked. Same with the sausages. Good eggs and bread. Would stay again.

the staff at this hotel were great very young but did a first class job to make are stay good and they did when you have a 90 year with your it can be hard work but the staff did a wonderful job

Only problem was breakfast which was limited, and just one coffee machine with long queue.

My overnight stay was as expected - the hotel and my room appeared very clean and well managed.
