Holiday Inn STOKE ON TRENT M6, JCT.15, an IHG Hotel

The hotel was great for our one night stay. The rooms are basic but comfortable. Parts of the hotel could do with some work but overall was a lovely stay. The staff were the best thing about it, they went above and beyond in all areas, the pool, the reception, the bar and the restaurant.

A quick overnight stay only. The room was very cold, but the staff were able to provide a heater quickly. Very comfortable room.

This is an awful hotel with a ghastly 'restaurant'. We had a view of a hedge and the room was very dark. One of the lights were not working which made it worse. We seemed to be in a basement area. There are no lifts in this place and we had to walk up and down the stairs to get anywhere. The so called restaurant is absolutely appalling as is the food! The only saving grace was the amusing chat we had with the young restaurant manager. Breakfast was only just acceptable and the gentleman in charge was very nice. The eggs were dry and curled up!

Excellent check in, welcoming and informative staff. Dog friendly which suited our stay. Gym and pool available for hotel guests to use. The hotel was clean and tidy throughout with plenty of parking spaces and met our needs perfectly. Thank you to all the staff.

Booked very last minute as Daughter’s car broke down and we were required to come and collect her from Keele University.

I was attending a works Christmas party so I decided to book on to stay for the night . I was very happy with the service , cleanliness and everything overall but wondered why I was put into a disability room ? It was comfortable room and bed etc but the toilet I found too high for my height and something I wasn’t familiar with really - my legs and feet were Dan However this did not take away from the fact that the party was amazing from the dj , bar staff , waiting on tables staff and checking in staff so it’s not a complaint or anything I was just curious Thank you Amanda

Great for a stop-off being a couple of minutes off the M6. Lots of parking and great staff. Rooms are smaller but quite comfortable. Hotel property could do with some refresh in parts but highly recommended nonetheless.

that bathroom floor there was a big hole in it I could of broken my ackle if i didnt see it

Conveniently placed close to the M6 motorway, the hotel has comfortable rooms, great food and drink in the bar/restaurant, free parking and a brilliant gym and swimming pool. Bonza!
