Friendly staff, clean hotel, excellent experience

Lovely hotel, in an excellent location just a very short stroll to the theatre. Reception staff were friendly and welcoming. Room was spotlessly clean and spacious with the most comfortable bed. We will definitely stay here again when we next visit Stratford on Avon.

A lovely place to stay. Friendly and professional staff. Excellent restaurant. Great location, within easy walking distance of everything we wanted to do. Lovely room and bathroom with excellent facilities.

eXCELLENT FOR A BIRTHDAY TREAT

Really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Indigo in Stratford. The property is spacious and very comfortable and couldn’t be in a better location in the center of Stratford. Our party had three rooms and they were all very nice, modern and comfortable in the newer wing of the hotel. We also enjoyed the hotel breakfast with a continental buffet and hot food cooked to order. We stayed in January and got a very reasonable rate for the quality of the hotel.

Fantastic hotel in the middle of Stratford-Upon-Avon. Fabulous mix of old and new buildings. We stayed in a king size room in the modern part of the hotel. Everything we needed and a beautiful bathroom. Really great breakfast.

Really pretty Hotel. Staff friendly. Room extremely clean and powerful waterfall shower. Breakfast was delicious. Rooms were cosy. Mini fridge in room.We would definitely stay again. Very close to all tge town has to offer.

Excellent location in middle of the town. Parking (prebook) Excellent and helpful check in. Front desk agent recommended restaurants and nearby Christmas markets. Room tasteful decor, very thoughtfully planned. Big bed. Small but bright bathroom with luxury toiletries from Soho House. Lots of electric sockets and charging by desk.

Reception staff were friendly and very efficient. Our room was located opposite an elevator, therefore quite noisy when the doors opened and closed, not going in the early hours of the morning. The bathroom cleanliness was very disappointing, black stains underneath the rim of the toilet on one side, only seen laying on the bed and looking into the bathroom, also stains on the floor underneath the sink.

Really lovely hotel in a fantastic location. Bed was a little hard for us (but I know some people prefer that) but overall we had a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We plan to return again in the spring/summer so we can enjoy the beautiful hotel garden. Highly recommended.

Hotel has that wow factor when you walk in which i love. The staff are well presented and very friendly to deal with. The tooms are so quirky with their different themes. A few issues with ours, it was roasting and the heating didnt turn off and the table in our room was about to fall down But a great location for exploring and the bar area/pub is great for meeting up and chilling albeit pricey

Hotel in the centre of Stratford close to shops, restaurants and theatres. Clean - staff friendly.

From our arrival to our check out the whole experience was first class. What an excellent hotel. Will definitely be coming to stay again.

A lovely stay at a very nice hotel. Staff were friendly, room was amazing in the old part of the hotel which dates back 500+ years.

We booked a room in the Georgian building, and the hotel confirmed this the day before arrival. Upon early arrival, the room wasn't ready, but check-in was handled by the manager. There was no mention of the £12.50 car park fee when we checked in. We had lunch at the hotel restaurant, which cost £160 for two people, but the food was worth the price. When we finally saw our room, it looked too modern to be in the Georgian building, though we couldn't confirm this due to the heavy rain. The next day, the weather cleared, and we realized we were given a modern room instead. I complained but received only a weak apology. I also asked for a receipt and complained the car park fee was not mentioned during check-in; they promised to remove it, but it still appeared on my credit card (got no receipt of the car park fee). Additionally, one of the bath towels had a stain. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

I stayed for 7 nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel boasts a fantastic location, and the staff is professional and genuinely helpful. The breakfast was excellent, offering various options to suit different tastes. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will book here again the next time I visit Stratford-upon-Avon.

Very comfortable stay. Friendly and knowledgeable staffs made us feel very welcome. The lighting, décor, room arrangements, and amenities created a pleasant ambience. Value for money.
