Perfect stay, from check in all through stay. Staff were pleasant, room was beautiful. Very clean and everything you need, lots of sockets, hairdryer, tea and coffee and toiletries. Central for arena and restaurants

The room was lovely, bed very comfy. Room and shower was lovely and big. But of noise from the street but it didn’t bother us at all.

Nice enough hotel, its due a make-over and it does need a fresh look & a lighter atmosphere (lots of dark paint/wall coverings)
Only complaint was that the hotel lounge was closed for an event & we weren't advised. This event started early afternoon so wasn't strictly a NY Eve bash

Room was nice, we got an upgrade to a King Room.
Nice and clean, we had issues in the middle of the night with an argument in the next room, banging, shouting and screaming - the police had to be called (not the hotels fault, it was NYE) but it left a bit of a sour taste to the stay.

Very good hotel. Convenient location for our night out. Check in was quick & easy. Double room was quite small, dated with worn carpet but was very clean and heating/aircon was great and easy to use. Shower was a bit cramp and I’m on 5ft 5. Could hear everything going on in room opposite. Was provided ear bud which were handy. Slept well, there is however a Town Hall nearby that dings every hour

The hotel is functional and great for a short overnight stay it is a little tired and there is an issue for access to the 1st floor which houses the bar and restaurant as this is not served by the lift - I was pre warned about this but as I did not require either during my stay it was not an issue
The bed was lovely and comfortable and provided a great sleep - the bathroom was clean and functional but there was minor damage
The room also had air conditioning and heating although I found getting it balanced took a while

Check in process was quick and easy. The room was small for a double and due to the age of the building the floors were very uneven (2"different in height from one end of the room to the other).
The main issue was the secondary window was broken so the noise from adjoining bars was audible. You could see from the damage that this had happened some time ago and the failure to repair caused a loss of sleep. There was a visible hole in the carpet which you would not expect from a boutique hotel.

Awful. Thought I’d book something a bit nicer than budget hotel but no idea this was above a nightclub! Pumping music until late and they even give you ear plugs! Then, woken early by scaffolders throwing poles and shouting. The room was musty and at a slope so felt out of sync all night. Terrible sleep.

Hotel is situated in a great position right in the middle of the city center. We had a fridge with water, couple of cans of pop and a espresso machine.But is very tired and dated. We had a privilege room but wouldn't call it one, carpet looked like something had nibnked on it. Same with the sresding table. Curtains had a stain at the bottom. The corner of the walls were all bashed.we were woken very early with scaffolding being taken down.onlt stayed one night.wouldn't stay again unless uodated.

A really run down hotel, bathroom bin was not emptied and the shower door was broken. Breakfast was poor and not worth the money, better options around the hotel.

Good central location in Nottingham City Centre. Nice welcome and excellent breakfast with helpful staff. Room was clean with adequate facilities. My only criticism was the noise created by the night club which went on until 2am, I can see why ear plugs were provided!
