Great staff, lovely room with comfortable bed. Tea and coffee making and a microwave. Room furniture is a little dated. Spa and steam room very relaxing. Breakfast was ok, but I have had better for the price charged.

Lovely hotel in great location, if you don’t mind a little walk it’s perfectly located for getting into the city centre, we turned up 4hrs early for checking in but still managed to get a room, staff were friendly and room was nice, will definitely come again

Enjoyed our stay. Checked in early and our room was ready. Had a family room with king bed and sofa bed, not massive with the sofa bed made up, but plenty big enough. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Microwave and fridge provided, plus tea, coffee and biscuits. Decor is a bit tired but not in bad condition. Bathroom was lovely, very modern, spotlessly clean, amazing shower, and included things like spare toothbrush and shave kit if we needed it. Breakfast was great, really tasty and plenty of options to choose from. Didn’t eat in the restaurant in the evening but it smelled amazing and I would try it if I come back. Before we got here I was a bit concerned by some of the reviews I had read, but I needn’t have worried.

We enjoyed very much our stay at the Montcalm Chilworth Townhouse. The bed was extremely comfortable and we felt quite at home there.
If we had one caveat, it was that heat wasn't really adequate for our needs. Even though a technician came up to our room and showed us how to work the thermostat, this wasn't sufficient, and we had to ask for an extra blanket. Otherwise, we were very satisfied with our stay at the hotel.

Fantastic place with lovely staff. Clean and quiet with nice size rooms. The elevator was a bonus as some townhouses don’t and lugging suitcases up 3 flights of stairs. A small fitness centre would’ve made this perfection but I understand that the building footprint probably couldn’t allow this. Will stay again

Overall, the hotel is great. The room we had at 4th floor was clean and everything is working. The property is only a few minutes walk from Paddington train and tube station which makes it very convenient to travel all around London and UK. The room is small though but then again, it's London.

The entrance and reception are really good and the staff helpful when we arrived also and excellent and quiet location .unfortunately the bedroom although “deluxe “was far from it . Very small room and bed and other than a small fridge and microwave very basic . There was an ironing board but it was crammed into a small wardrobe . Shower was ok but I would say they were the worst towels we’ve ever had . Breakfast was not the best either ,most of it was luke warm and the sausages were anaemic and once again very cramped around the self service area . Overall it served our purpose but deluxe it isn’t

Really nice reception area and the room look really nice inside even though it was compact. The room was freezing cold so we didn’t get much sleep, we had to sleep in our clothes and the dressing gown provided in the room and was still freezing cold. I rang down to reception 3 times and didn’t get any answer, we’re 2 disabled people who were put on the 5th floor with a bath in the room which neither of us could get inI spoke to reception in the morning about this but they didn’t seem that bothered about it.

We had a nice stay, great location, friendly staff and car parking if needed. Restaurant was good and breakfast ok. Unfortunately for us the room we were in was quite noisy, the noise did lessen after 12 but on one of our nights something was faulty and was very noisy. Real shame because it was a nice place.

Disappointing. Small room, tiny shower that was impossible to turn on without soaking the room. Average breakfast. Pool closed at 6.30 so no opportunity to use it.
Might as well have stayed at a Premier Inn.
