Fantastic location, super clean and modern, tons of space for our family of 4, super helpful staff. Only drawback is that we were on the 5th floor of a walk up but we would stay here again despite that.

Good apartment just off Regent Street. The only issue is that the apartments are on 5 floors and there is no lift. Great for shopping and eating out in Central London

For location, and overall space, this property was a great value. The size of the apartment was perfect for a short term stay. Kitchen was well equipped. The staff was very kind and accommodating. The shower in the one bedroom is extremely small, and the bed is really only a full size. The apartment seemed clean, minus it didn't appear to have been vacuumed. The noise on the street is somewhat disruptive, but that is to be expected in such a busy area of London.

I will book again. Fantastic location, great restaurants just out the door. Unit was very spacious by London standards especially for the price. Nice to have the kitchen with water and milk for coffee! Team of staff were professional and kind. Great value!!!

I was never updated on how to get into the building even though I spoke to an associate the night before. Housekeeping never came. The pictures included a patio - in reality it was a dingy patio. It cost 1200 for two days and frankly was in no way worth that. No sparkling wine which was promised. Honestly a complete scam

Nice apartment - definitely not the ones in the picture. Great handy location for shopping, dining & work. Nice kitchen amenities & patio. Biggest let down was being on the 4th or 5th floor with no lift > with no warning this isn’t convenient. May stay again but not this high up.

Lovely flat in a great location close to lots of shopping and restaurants. There is no lift so must be okay with stairs. Front desk staff were friendly and helped carry up bags.
