Superb stay, rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. Had Lunch and breakfast in the cafe and both times superb, good value for money as you also get 20% off for being a guest.

Perfect place to stay in Burford. Lovely friendly host that runs the attached cafe that has the best breakfast and cakes.

Excellent room so nicely presented in very good order. We enjoyed a lovely home cooked English breakfast in the morning in the tearoom and was awarded a 20% discount for being residents.The tearoom staff were very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely visit again and recommend to family and friends.

Lovely, cute well presented and immaculate place to rest our heads after seeing the local area and visiting Cheltenham. Happily staff again.

Lovely room, easy check-in, great location. Radiator thermostats seems a little pessimistic as the room was far too hot despite setting a comfortable temperature. Needs to be set a lot lower, just a tip in the info pack would be good.

Rooms need small refrigs.

Quite a small room about the size of a domestic garage but fitting and furnishings good quality.

Clear instructions for left for late check in. Clean and quiet and convenient for one nights stay. Room was lovely and warm.

A really cute set of ground-floor, en-suite rooms in the rear garden of the Tea Rooms. Small, but well designed with very comy mattress, good-sized TV and a nice litlle breafast-bar for doing the tea and coffe stuff on. Only TINY quibble is that the sink in the shower/toilet is a bit too small, but the quality of the fittings are very good..Great location on the mail street and inrestricted parking just around the corner.

A bit more space would have been appreciated. Shower not ideal as no shower base leaves whole bathroom floor wet. Certainly a quiet location.

Clean, well appointed ,quite location, excellent breakfast choices.

Clean and Beautifully situated in a garden patio, but room VERY tiny. Too small to leave luggage open. Could open luggage only on the bed. Not even a night table on both sides of the bed. When sitting on the toilet your knees were getting burnt by the towel warmer. Difficult to open and close the door- had to use key to lock the door. Have to wonder if that’s not a fire hazard.staff very pleasant, then they leave at 4 PM. If you need anything there’s a number to call.

Easy check in process, small but clean and modern room, v reasonably priced. Very nice freshly cooked breakfast in the tea room , perfectly poached eggs! Great for anything in or near Burford with lots of pubs and restaurants easily walkable Thank you.
