The rooms are not soundproofed

Yeah was okay, hotel was dated and has these cabins which all seem like ‘camp Krusty’ all the rooms seem dated needs a good revamp.

Me and my friend recently stayed with you this weekend to relax and enjoy the spa facilities. Before booking I called and checked all the facilities were available. When we arrived we were able to Use them so then decided to add late check out to make the most of them the next morning. However we were unable to as when we woke up early at 8am and walked over the pool and hot tub was out of use until 12-1 which was the rest of our stay. This really ruined our whole experience as is why we came so feel we should be compensated for the inconvenience as why should we have to pay for what we were unable to use, made are stay pointless. Then to top it all off we had various issues in the room, including a leaking window which ruined clothes as the window seal would create a puddle, general lack of cleaning done with dust everywhere and cob webs, marks on towels nd ion board. All of these things are extremely unexpetable I have attached photos of all this, hope to hear back from you soon.

Was expecting something special but a decidedly average hotel.

Comfortable and convenient overnight accomodation near Cambridge with lots of parking and a great spa/pool area.

Carpet in room was dirty, stained had holes in. Upholstery on chair in room stained and dirty. Receptionist on arrival surly and unwelcoming. Can’t get drinks in spa. Bar staff were lovely, beauty therapists lovely. Receptionist a different one on day of leaving not apologetic at all when complained about state of carpet in room. Carpet in hall way annexe also filthy. Staff preoccupied with setting up for a wedding.

The room was well finished and comfortable. The breakfast was very tasty.

Room very nice but the dining areas are dated and cold. The bar meal (superfood salad) had no avocado or dressing. Dressing arrived as the plates were being taken away. Super building but needs investment

very nice comfortable hotel. Good Gym and pool facilities. Did not eat in the restaurant as a little out of my expenses price range. Ate in the bar. The food was very good, but the menu was a little limited and the bar restaurant lacked much atmosphere. All the staff were very friendly. As i was staying in November I saw very little of the outside areas, but the Christmas decorations that were up looked very pretty.

We booked a room for two nights and also a room for 17 people to celebrate my grandsons 18th birthday. The food was great and service excellent. All the staff were so helpful and considerate. Thank you so much

Lovely stay at Quy Mill. Really nice hotel. Loved the spa which was included, you just had to pay for treatments. Rooms were nice. We went with a standard double which was fine. Everything was clean but the shower could have done with a deep clean. Surprised that housekeeping came in when we were out even though we were only there for 2 nights. Food at the hotel was amazing. We ate at the Waterwheel restaurant, bar, and had breakfast and all were outstanding. Service was good when eating but had to wait 5 minutes before someone arrived at reception for us to check out. Location was good if you have a car as only 5 min drive to park and ride or 15 min drive to city centre. Easy access from A14.

A handy spot close to Cambridge but surrounded by open countryside. Plenty of free parking and acres of outdoor space to enjoy when the weather is fine. My only gripe: The auto-close on my room door didn't work properly so each day housekeeping came in, the room door didn't close properly on their exit meaning anyone could simply walk in at any time during the day. No evidence anyone did but it could have been serious. Situation reported first time it happened, but happened again the next day and no management feedback.

Room needs updating! Not worth the price. Too long time waiting for breakfast! Poor customer service.

Nice and quiet hotel but food disappointing

Reception team,restaurant bar staff was very good unfortunately the breakfast was very late and people next to us got there’s first after 30 minutes still nothing so we left Room bath did not work so only could have a shower it’s wasn’t the cleanliness chairs was dirty and full of hair marks over walls carpet dirty door had dirty finger marks all over them
