The room was generally nice, and it was certainly clean, and also quiet. The two items that were less than perfect were: 1. The hot water pressure in the shower was barely half of what a decent shower ought to be. 2. The mattress was definitely too soft.

Always stays here when visiting family

Everything in Ramada suites is on point. The staff are very friendly and polite they are well trained for the services needed. On my next visit to Convetry I will stay again and again and again. Moreover, the breakfast just wow amazing

Comfortable, central and clean with a superb view. Only (minor) gripe was a lack of shampoo / shower gel. Check-in was quick and easy.

Hotel was nice, and staff were very friendly and helpful, however, the heating system was not working in my room, and it was -2°c outside. I was provided with a space heater, however, the room was still freezing, and they couldn’t change my room as they were fully booked. Would probably stay again if I had to, but absolutely not in the winter. Have a terrible cold now, and I’ve been on continuous business trips for a few weeks. Not ideal.

The receptionist are nice and friendly easy to book in. Bar staff are lovely went provided what I needed for my daughter.

The hotel is very close to the town center and got parking. Room was clean and tidy and check in was quick and easy, Nice bar and great breakfast for 10 pounds. Would stay again

The hotel inside was fine but the surrounding area was a bit dodgy. Thankful that parking was available but it was difficult to exit and there were non hotel guests lurking about.

Pros: The server ‘Patricia is very helpful and friendly in the breakfast buffet area. The suite rooms in the hotel are spacious. Cons. 1. The cleaning staff do not remove your garbage or food tray for almost half a day after you leave it outside the door and sometimes up to 24 hours. 2. The WiFi is terrible and slow and keeping toggling ON & OFF. Despite notifying the front desk, they do nothing. Multiple rooms experienced this issue but the hotel is reluctant to act on it. Therefore any requiring internet connection, please think twice before choosing this hotel. 3. The break buffet cost between 10-15 pounds but the menu remains the same everyday. The chef does not even bother to change the way make their eggs like omelettes or scrambled. The chef also states with you observing what you are taking in your plate … don’t know what’s the logic behind it.

Staff were friendly and the rooms were clean, plenty of choice for food across the road, and a easy enough walk to the city centre. However, it is a little dated and a bit rough round the edges. It also took me a while to find the entrance (travelling by public transport) and it's not in the cleanest/safest of areas.

Lovely staff. We were there for our mother’s birthday photoshoot. I wished clients had free parking because it was free for roadside parking.

Quiet and safe environment.

Was a convenient place to stay close to an event we were attending in Coventry. The hotel was fine although is starting to feel a bit dated and tired compared to other hotels we have stayed in recently. Perfectly fine for the value though.
