What a lovely hotel treated my husband for his birthday as we like to use the indain restaurant round the corner..hotel was great spotlessly clean, lovely room and great breakfast , certainly use again for over night stay as we only live in cornwall

I choose the Drake as a last minute booking, and I was not disappointed. My single room was very clean, spacious, with a decent wardrobe. Very friendly staff at both Reception and at breakfast. Great deal to have a delicious breakfast as well. Good car parking as well.

The staff were excellent accommodation very good vey good breakfast we will definitely come back highly recommend.

A short visit to see family. Room was spacious & clean. Lovely bathroom. Beautiful freshly cooked breakfast each morning & I also got lactose free milk, so very impressed

We were greeted by a very caring and helpful receptionist who explained everything we needed to know. A very clean room and ensuite. A comfy bed with the extra pillows, that were lovely and soft, that we always need - thank you. We will use this hotel again for our next theatre visit to Plymouth.

The stay at the Drake Hotel was a 5 star experience .Hotel was spotless and decor was beautiful.Reception staff were more than helpful have not experienced any better in any hotel.Room was beautifully decorated and the bathroom was excellent very bright and plenty of space for all items If breakfast is required you will not be dis-pointed full English cooked to perfection. All the staff are very pleasant and always greeted with a smile .Plenty of free parking so big bonus.Situated a short walk to the left for the Hoe and Barbican and right for the shops.Will definitely be staying again next time we are in Plymouth.

All good - perfect stay

Drake Hotel was great, very comfy bed, lovely ensuite, friendly staff, great breakfast. On site parking is limited, but on-street parking is available, but at a cost of around £10.

Rooms are tiny and poorly laid out. Beds are less that 6' in length so if you are 6'2" its very uncomfortable. Ensuite facilities are jammed into a closet area with the entrance to the shower being approximately 16" wide. Lacks a useable wardrobe to handle two travel bags. Staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Well what a fabulous place to say. Super friendly staff and very comfortable beds. Rooms are very modern better than most national ones I have stayed in

Great hotel and breakfast. Superior King Room was very spacious, breakfast was perfect, staff friendly and helpful. The bed was a good size but too hard for my wife and although I like a firm mattress, even I found it uncomfortable. Everything else made up for those though and we would recommend a stay at The Drake.

Still amazing place to stay with great breakfast and friendly staff.
