Ideal ! Location is walkable to many must-see London sights, handy for transportation options and with so many dining options in the vicinity. The property and the team were welcoming and hold high customer service standards. The room was spotless and comfortable. Staying at The Grand in Trafalgar Square was an excellent decision.

Everyone we interacted with at The Grand were professional, courteous, and helpful. The lobby is beautiful and classic. Our suite was spacious and clean. The queen bed was very comfortable with nice pillows and duvet. The sofa bed wasn’t the greatest for comfort and could have used a thicker blanket and better pillows. The only issue was our toilet. It seemed like we had to flush it an inordinate number of times for the toilet paper to go down. We were allowed to store our luggage before check-in and after check-out which allowed us to do more sightseeing. The staff also allowed us to use the club lounge for water, coffee, and hot chocolate! Location: Amazing! Across the street from Trafalgar Square and National Gallery. Walking distance to transportation, lots of restaurants, shopping, theatre, and music. We would 100% stay at the Grand again!

Second stay at Grand. Staff is amazingly helpful and friendly and location is perfect for walkable sights and theatres. Always felt safe in area and hotel. Love the lounge and coffee machine is a real perk! Can't recommend highly enough!

Hotel is conveniently located, but needs updating and was not as clean as I would want. Check in and check out are difficult to manage given there are 5 or 6 steps at the front entrance with no ramp for luggage and no staff to assist. Lastly, I had a room with one small window facing a brick wall, so the lighting was poor.

It was OK. The breakfast wasn’t very good, especially for the price. Also, the carpet in the room wasn’t very, ‘grand’. Looked like it came from a Ramada Inn from the 90’s.
The staff was very friendly, but we would not stay here again considering all the other options in London.

Ideal location for Theatre,galleries etc.
Quiet room despite close proximity to bustling area of Trafalgar Square.
Room and bathroom are spacious,a little dated but clean.
Bed a small double but linen lovely and comfortable.
Expensive for what you get-a no frills, basic room but central location commands the price. Breakfast not good value either.

The hotel is located on a small quiet street right off Trafalgar Sq. , which makes it a great place to stay for vacations or business trips. The property is clean and the rooms are well cared for. The staff is exceptional. The receptionists are as welcoming, informative and helpful as can be. I loved our stay at this hotel and recommend it highly.
