Lovely hotel, with clean, modern rooms in close proximity to the centre of Putney with plenty of shops and dining. The reception staff were very helpful and made sure I was able to access the facilities with ease, whilst I have a broken ankle.

Very nice, helpful staff - no lift but my luggage was carried upstairs for me. Very nice room, everything I needed was there, nice and warm on arrival. Good choice of food at breakfast.

No elevators, had to carry my boxes up and down the stairs on the 3rd floor, some parts are still under construction. Heat not evenly distrubuted, some hall ways are colder than other.
Very small rooms and not very comfortable bed but breakfast was good.
If you dont mind everything listed above go ahead and book but i really feel like its not worth the amount i paid per night.

Nice location and staff were very helpful.
They are going through renovations, which didn’t affect the room we were staying at. But hallways had a bad smell.
No lift either, not sure if it was related to work or just no lift in general.
Room wasn’t clean, bedding wasn’t clean.

Very clean, quiet and safe location. Very convenient access to transportation. East Putney station steps away with access to main lines and other stations. Bus stop right outside the hotel lobby. Various Grocery stores steps away. Very close to pubs and restaurants and very close to large wine store with excellent selection.

A short walk from the Underground station, we received a friendly welcome after a long day in the city. Room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. Will definitely recommend and check availability next time we are in London for a show!

I was staying in room 10 which is in the attic. There is no standup shower and you have to use the bath with a handheld shower head. The room is very noisey as it’s in the attic so you hear everything outside.
The lodge hotel is really nice, the staff are lovely but they should not be selling this room to guests. I had to go down to the gym for a shower and the shower was broken there also. Overall not a great stay.

This was the first time I stayed at this hotel and i absolutely loved it! The room was so spacious and with just what I needed.
