We had a lovely 3 night stay. The hotel is in a great location with shops restaurants and transport within a few minutes walk. The studio apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. The staff were very helpful and professional. I would come again. .

Excellent budget hotel. Rooms are large and clean. Location is perfect. Less than a 10 min walk to the metro and Bellecour Square. Numerous restaurants close by. Friendly staff. Would stay here again.

The location was perfect (old city, walking distance from all tourist spots, plenty of restaurants near by), the room was big, and the staff super friendly
However, the property felt a bit old, with stains in the carpet, and old-looking bathroom

The hotel is located in a great area. The room was spacious and clean including a nice small kitchen. The shower area was very small without appropriate shower curtain size to prevent the water flowing out of the shower area wetting the surrounding floor. There wasn’t enough towels in the bathroom. The very low water pressure of the shower was also an issue making it very inconvenient to take a shower. If they were able to address the shower issues that would have been a pleasant stay.

The studio room was very spacious with a kitchenette! Air con worked great! Location is excellent! Restaurants and shopping are within walking distance. Fernando at the front desk was very friendly and helpful! You can get coffee/hot chocolate at the lobby all day long which we love!

The room we had was well air conditioned, which is important for Lyon in the summer. It had a well equipped kitchen with a small fridge and dishwasher which made it convenient to get fresh produce from local vendors / farmers markets. It was not fancy, but everything worked well.

Staff was helpful and friendly, breakfast was good and was complimentary for one day if you join their free membership club. The property itself was clean but the area immediately around it was not, which is to be expected with a busy downtown area. Very close to lots of shopping and attractions

The room was comfortable and spacious with a kitchenette. Despite being very close to the busy Mercière street, it was really quiet as we faced the courtyard area. We love how easy it was to get anywhere from there. They offered breakfast for 14 euros but we were not inspired by the selection so we instead just got a few things from a nearby mini market that we ate in our room. The only thing we didn’t like was the musty smell when we get in the room. We had to leave the window open for a little while to air it out.

The location is great of this apart-hotel as it’s central to all activities within walking distance from tours, Old Lyon, Vieux Lyon, sites and places (plazas), restaurants and shopping. It is a renovated old building, with basic level furnishings. The kitchen has new appliances a plus, but the AC made loud noises going on and off the whole time so bring earplugs to sleep.

The property was decent until the last evening when we had a mouse visit us, eating our various food, including chocolate and a saucisson that I had bought for a family gift. I was unable to sleep since 3am trying to figure out what the noise was. Finally, around 7am we did find the eaten food. Unfortunately I discovered the mouse had been inside of my back pack since I had packed up all the food to check out the next day. In the morning, I shared the eaten packaging and food with the reception. They provided me cleaning supplies to clean my back up. They also said they would refund me one night (out of three nights) and it would take some time to process the refund via Expedia, but refused for 3 hours to send me an email to confirm this. Finally, my friend who was staying in the room has to remind the manager who finally sent me an email. Even though I asked, I was not compensated additionally for my gifts being ruined. This also completely ruined our last day in Lyon since we had a big event that day.
