Very limited buffet selection. As well as missing food. Carpets in room needed cleaning. Staff did their best to accommodate.

Checkin staff was amazing (Girlie). Checkout staff was amazing on the morning of June 23 (I didn’t catch her name). Very helpful, very charming. Staff supporting breakfast - equally amazing & very apologetic about a broken toaster with no backups. A well-run hotel with great staff. Comfortable, modern & spacious rooms.

makes overall a bit cheap impression in the common areas. Access to the garage is narrow and highly curved. Staff of the evening shift was in part little experienced and effective. Had to go back with the room access card to have it validated a second time.

Very nice stay. Booking in was busy but we were processed very quickly. Staff were very friendly and polite. Thank you for the hospitality.

The staff are not good

An alarm went off at 7am in the hotel cafeteria and we all hadxto evacuate. The reason? Someone burned toasts !? I had read an older review talking about the same issue. You would expect they would have figured out how to fix that issue and be able to burn some toasts without waking up and asking clients to evacuate. Other tgan that, breakfast was great.

Very helpful and friendly staff, very clean , good location to go around all Paris attractions, good breakfast. Compliments to all the staff for being very helpful. 10 service. Thanks guys.

The hotel itself was spot on but there were a lot of road works nearby and a confusing one way road. We had to drive round a couple of times before we found the entrance to the car park

Very good hotel and nice facility to stay in for short visit to Paris, liked the room and the breakfast. Tram is 4 mins from the hotel and there is great Pizza restaurant around

All things were good compared to the 3-stars hotel. Only in the lobby, you can smell of breakfast always and the voices of people in the corridor can be heard from the room clearly which it is annoying.

Good quality value for a short stay with tram link to city centre

No pole to hook hangers at a rack. Broken shower head. This was the room condition at check-in. Very disappointing. However, staffs did their recovery work quickly after I claimed.

Lovely stay. The breakfast was not pleasing. No variety of hot meals. The staff were welcoming and supportive will be returning when coming to France.

As soon as we arrived we was given our room early as it was ready and normally you’d have to wait till checking in time. Great excellent service all round with the hotel staff going out their way and speaking to you, making sure everything is ok and we are enjoying our holiday. Two main people stood out for me Aurelia and Joe who made sure everything was ok and Aurelia going out of her way to help me with some of my cold food which I wanted to take back with me. I have to say it’s a great location, very quiet so you’ll not be disturbed and with great staff.

Very nice hotel , 25 minutes from Paris and 45 from CDG, breakfast area very good, mall is 5 minutes away , lots of restaurants near by Very pleased with my stay

I’m a traveler and not picky about hotels, but this hotel disappointed me. We had three rooms. 2 of them ready at 5:30 pm and one at 9 pm. Room service was awful. They clean the room around 6 or 7 pm when we got back from our Daly tour and needed some rest and sleep. Always said we don’t have enough staff to clean all rooms in morning. I don’t recommend this hotel at all

Can’t say anything was unique but the front desk staff were helpful when we needed information

I called you guys ten days before I left and changed my booking. Lady on phone said it was taken care off. She put me on hold while she called hotel. I changed my booking from three nights to two. When I got to hotel they refused to change my booking to two nights and charged me for three nights even though I checked out after two nights. I want a complete refund for the extra night since you guys said you had taken care of it. It’s really not good enough. Would like to hear from someone immediately
