We visited Paris for the first time in early January, which is during the off season. The staff were incredibly kind, knowledgeable and helpful. I was able to easily upgrade to a larger room with a tub ("Opera Suite") since they weren't yet at full occupancy. The suite was very clean and the bathroom renovation is beautiful. The continental breakfast was also very good. There are several restaurants within walking distance of the hotel, and it's relatively quiet at night. We can't thank Martine, Karim and Valérie enough for making this a memorable trip. We look forward to returning soon!

They are super rude people. They don’t have enough people in the office. Speak in a rude language. The elevator is only till 4 floor. Room size is small for that price. No steam in room.
U need to go 2 nd floor for that.
The room size is so small, you can barely walk.

My stay was perfect. The hotel is perfectly positioned: for both work and pleasure. The room was great- I was even offered an upgrade at no charge. Service was very attentive and professional. Everything was without fault- I will definitely stay again!

This is a nice enough hotel and I would have scored it 4/5 but there was a smell of sewage throughout the entrance, lobby, and corridors for all three days that I was there which made it quite unpleasant and somewhat embarrassing with guests. I assume this was a temporary issue but I feel that the (otherwise pleasant) staff should have raised the topic and offered an explanation and perhaps some sort of compensation.
