Great location to use the metro. Easy and walkable. Beautiful little dining room and decorated for Christmas. Staff always available and friendly at front desk. Room was a good size, some nice shelves and hanging area with a beautiful huge balcony and a mini-fridge!

Lovely hotel within walking distance to all amenities. Short walk to some top attractions. Lovely friendly staff and nice clean spacious room. Would stay again.

Breakfast was not replenished so it was like once it ran out that was it

We loved the area! 25 min walking distance to the Louvre and Notre Dame. And 20 min to Gard du Nord. The area offers lots of nice restaurants for lunch and dinner.

A lovely hotel with excellent facilities. In the middle of all the excess of Paris this is Theatreland and it was very enjoyable day the hotel was great. I would recommend it.

Bad art in rooms with small cramped rooms.

The property is nothing what it looks like on the photos in expedia. The ceilings are very low and the condition is deteriorating. I guess I was charged for price based on the location of the hotel in the city center area.

I loved the theatre theme from the entrance, to the lobby, the breakfast area to our room. Very quaint. love the fact we had a balcony as well...so nice to enjoy a glass of wine while enjoying the fresh Paris air

The property was great and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. As we arrived the fire alarm was going off due to someone smoking in their room. As we settled in the room the fire alarm went off again, we were on the third floor so it was down a very narrow staircase. During the night the emergency vehicle sirens were non-stop. I personally wouldn't stay again

Room was dark and small. No view. TV had very limited channels and mostly in French. Staff is mostly “cold” and at time no where to be found. Also, hotel bar was VERY limited and staff by the receptionist. Hotel itself is conveniently located near bars, restaurants, and nearby excursions but I would not stay here again

The AC is terrible and the ceilings in the rooms are very low I hit my head multiple times, I could only stand fully straight in some spots in the room and I’m only 6 feet tall.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. It was in the perfect location with easy access to many major tourist locations while also giving us the feeling of a quiet neighborhood. The staff was extremely kind and helpful from the time of booking until our departure. The hotel is small but was perfect for our needs. We had a beautiful room with a huge balcony and access to a private sauna that was prepared just for us with a simple phone call to the front desk. I would absolutely stay here again when I return to Paris.

Interesting little hotel….fairly quiet inside but lots of street noise. We bought earplugs so we could leave to windows ajar at night…that did the trick.

The stay was great. The room was clean and well maintained. The staff however was not very welcoming.

Nice hotel short walk to two Metro stations. My room is nice and the bed was great, but the room was very warm and the air conditioning doesn’t work till Mid-May. Also a strange odour in the shower room. Staff were great.

The place was ok. Not the best but our shower leaked so we had a wet floor the whole stay the service was very delayed and overall it’s just wasn’t the best

Staff was excellwnt. They were attentitive, took cate of any requests. English was excellent. My only issue with the grounds.for our stay in mid December was excessive heat. It was diffic ult to get ready without sweating. It was a very warm period during our stay. The location is a bit.outside of the most tourist.oriented part.of the city. It was nit unsafe, but it was noticavly rougher area than along the seine. There are some colorful people in the area, prostitutes homeless, etc, in December. For myself and my wife it was an enjoyable area, one that provided a variety of experiences. Easy walking distance of the Lourve 20 minutes, and several famous streets. We strolled from the hotel down a wonderful street for.shopping and.rwstaurants, to the Lourve, along the Seine.to the Eiffel tower, to the arc de Triumph, down Champs Ellyses, and back to the hotel in an afternoon hike (about 8 miles). All in all, a very real Paris experience, not a whitewashed tourist experience, which i would find boring.
